From day one, they provided a detailed prep plan and helped us prioritize the right improvements to get our home market-ready. The staging completely blew us away--we barely recognized our own home! It truly felt like they were preparing it for the next family to love just as much as we did. What meant the most to us was the communication. They kept us informed every step of the way, which built so much trust and gave us peace of mind throughout the process. Everything--from preparation to closing--was seamless. We're beyond grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! Thank you for making such a big transition in our lives feel so easy! Grateful to have worked with such an amazing team.

Their team acknowledged the issue, sent contractors to assess, and even took a cabinet door to match for replacement. The work stalled, and they never completed it. Deborah Correa, their VP of Warranty, was involved throughout the process but became increasingly unresponsive and dismissive. After years of follow-up, she suddenly claimed Williams Homes had no responsibility and referred me to an outside risk consultant who has done nothing to resolve the issue. This is a clear case of warranty mismanagement and a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. All communication came from Williams Homes. They handled everything until I escalated the complaint. Now they are trying to rewrite the facts and shift blame. Save yourself the frustration. Their homes may look nice, but once you close, the support disappears.

She even negotiated with the buyers broker on her own and got them to lower their commission thus saving me thousands of dollars. She is highly motivated and moves mountains for her clients. She pushed the whole sale through the process, working with the buyers to iron out their concerns and closed the sale. When I met Cherrie we viewed my childhood home that had been rented out for 10 years. There was a huge amount of work required to put the house on the market. I was thinking 3 months of work was required and didn't know when I'd find the time to do it. Cherrie told me "Don't worry I'll make sure it all gets done". I asked, you'll oversee the work and get the people in yourself? She said "Yes, all you have to do is approve the estimates". I was completely blown away that she would take that on and extremely grateful. In 3 weeks time Cherrie did all the work, hired the people, inspected the work, made sure every thing was perfect and then we put the home on the market. She kept me informed throughout the process, sent me pictures and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the progress. I am so impressed that she took this off my hands and made it happen. She is definitely a first class broker who goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone selling their home. She is first class. Thank you Cherrie and the Rockstars.
