It has been 10 years since my last review and my previous pedicure experience at this facility. Notably, after expressing my desire for a pedicure, I was instructed to wash my hands, whereas the regular customers and eight individuals who arrived after me were not given the same instruction. This disparity leads me to question why I was singled out to wash my hands, especially considering my habit of maintaining cleanliness and the fact that my hands appeared clean upon arrival, as I was there specifically for a pedicure. I recently had a pedicure experience that commenced with a delay, but once the technician began, the process unfolded seamlessly. He meticulously selected a color that matched the picture I presented and performed an exemplary job. However, upon checkout, I noticed a discrepancy between the listed price of $45 for the pedicure gel on the price board and the $75 quoted by Tracy. After re-examining the price board, I decided to terminate the transaction without tip. I look forward to finding a more transparent and affordable option in the future. Once again they have demonstrated that although their prices appear to be lower, they are not, and I will continue to patronize Friends and Family Nails or Pearls Nail, as I am aware of exactly what I am paying for and what I receive in return for the price. read more

I've been going to Tracy's once a week for a while. They have progressively gotten worse. The picture posted is from my most recent visit. For starters, they are always packed and do not have enough staff. At my last visit, I was left in the pedicure chair for my manicure. The girl struggled fo get the polish to have good coverage due to the awkward positioning. Once I was done and inspected my nails, i felt that I could have done a better job at home and saved $70. The polish does not cover to my cuticle, but stains were left all around my nail beds. I know I have short nails, but this has not been an issue at other salons. Not to mention the "massage" portion of both pedicures and manicures is severely lacking. Time to find a new salon. read more

If I could give it no stars, I would. There are many reasons I would not recommend this nail place. 1. A handful of the workers are openly rude and disrespectful to customers. 2. Your total is NEVER the same. You can get the same thing done every time and your total will always change. 3. I am always questioned about why I don't get a different type of nails done. I went in and they were not packed. I thought to myself of this will be quick! I sat down and told them I wanted my overlay refilled (Basically a full set without the nail tip). He questioned me for at least 20 minutes on why I should get dipped instead. I told him I've had dipped and overlay works better for me. He continued to tell me my nails are in bad shape (which I am aware of). I was very nice about it until it became repetitive. The older lady next to me made a comment about her total being 45$ and the guy doing my nails stating "well it could've been 55$" as she walked away. Which again just proves my point that they always charge what they feel. An older guy walked in and asked for his toe nails trimmed, the guy doing my nails looked to his co-worker and said "a pedicure" and they began to giggle. I'm not sure what the point of that comment was, but it was very rude. As he's wrapping up I am quiet because I am aggravated that I has to explain myself for the first 20 minutes. I go to check out and my total is $45 (it's normally 35/40ish). I said okay and asked her if she had change, if not I have a card. I gave her a $100 dollar bill and she said she would be back with change. She came back with $45 dollars and said my total was actual $55 because I need two nails removed. I simply took my change and told them I would never be back. I have never had a good experience at this place, unless it is Tracy doing my nails. Extremely disappointed with their disrespect and questioning. You provide a service, the least you can do is not question your customers when they make it clear that they want a specific thing. They also just got some new shelving and chairs around the store, so if your prices are up and down that may be why. They are very opinionated when it comes to charging people. read more

I went in for a pedicure and the tech they gave me had no idea what she was doing. she skipped all the steps and when I asked about doing my dead skin she said that she could not do it. then they decided to add matte coating on top when I asked for glossy. they made me pay full price for a pedicure when that is far from what I got. definitely won't go back. read more

This is where I always go, but so disappointed today. Tracy herself did my pedicure. My feet look as though I didn't even get them done. She left me multiple times to go attend to other customers. My water was cold. My heels & soles still feel so rough. She didn't get any of the rough skin off my feet. Didn't do my cuticles. Didn't file my nails, they're so rough. Didn't get the rough places on my pinky toe. Pressured me to leave a tip (which I did) I've never been so disappointed in a nail shop. After my pedicure was finished, I sat for 15 minutes under their nail dryer. I kept my flip flops on for another hour. I finally put my shoes on, only to see later that my shoes had badly smeared the polish. For the polish to take more than an hour to dry, they must be using very cheap products. read more

I had to wait quite a long time before I was even seated, and once I was seated it took a really long time for someone to come help me. The nail tech that helped me, cut the side of my finger with the circular tool thing. It hurt pretty bad but the cut wasn't too terrible. I only rated it as a one because they do good nails and eyebrows. However, they are very racially biased. Booked an appointment today for 9AM on yesterday. Made it to the facility at 8:40AM. Was the 1st one there. Walked in along with 5 other ladies. Those 5 ladies just so happened to be caucasian. They were all seated. I was asked if I had an appointment. I have always liked tracys but after today i will never go back. Me and my grandmother went this evening and had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop. The girl who did my pedi acted like it was her first time. She did not scrub my feet or do the leg massage and she didnt even scrube ths bottoms she just ligtly rubbed the scrubber over my feet one time. I had to ask her three times to file the skin on my big toe and when she painted my toes she only put one layer of polish on and she tried to say she put two when i was watching her right in front of me. My grandmother repeatedly told the girl doing her toes to cut them shorter and they tried to tell her they couldnt becuse of the extra skin under her toenails which is not true because they have always cut them short. The worst part was wen i went to check out i was charged $25. When i asked the cashier when they went up on prices she lied ans said it has always been 25. I have always only paid $22 i would nver pay 25 for a pedi. When i explained that to her she waa very rude and stuck with her $25 lie. She was even rude to my 80 year old gradndmaw who waz also trying to explain the price situation. It was their closing time so i guess thats why we were given such horrible customer service.
