"I reviewed every file that year and the scenario described or this persons initials do not fit any of my transactions." * Dates on the document are redacted. "Because this YELP review was not under a business page there was no avenue to respond to a negative review. My competition however does, regularly represent both sides of a transaction. I also do not up-charge for my services and tag on a higher commission for myself when managing the preparation of a property. Nor do I submit derogatory reviews about my competition. I maintain that I do not have any relationship with this reviewer." * I maintain with evidence I was Ruth's client. As for what her competition does, that isn't relevant to this review since I was not the competition. "Every offer submitted to even be considered must be submitted with proof of funds." * Not my experience. I had to work directly with the buyer's agent and their loan officer to have a signed letter sent to me showing proof of funds. As stated on the initial post, Ruth stated "I'm not going to demand they produce their bank statements for you!"
