Received an email from her assistant stating that they would be open to helping us file taxes for us personally and our small business and would provide a quote. After sending multiple emails and my information, her assistant emailed a week later saying they have no more availability and can't help us. It was unprofessional to say they would provide a quote for services, request my information only to say they refuse the work. It was bizarre. Don't recommend. read more
