They did a great job listening, finding places that match what we were looking for, and being on top of things logistically and communication-wise. Our experiences were with condos, so we can't comment on the single-family home side. Ultimately, we have done three transactions with them (2x buy, 1x sell).

First Paulina sits down with her clients and gets the "dream home must haves". She reviews current houses on the market and gets notes on what you like or don't like. She walked us through each step of the home buying process, the way our previous realtors never did but should have. She even helped me measure every inch of the house so I can do proper planning and shopping for the space . Over all, she went above and beyond! She made a cute little welcome home basket, and even paid for the moving truck! You can't ask for better service from a realtor ! Thanks Paulina, you are the BEST!

Lylene Johnson brought me buyers and represented only them, but she was fair and professional to both sides throughout the entire transaction. I've worked in banking for years so I know what's typical in a real estate transaction. Lylene did a good job of representing her buyers, after the home inspection they negotiated, and made reasonable requests. At the signing of the purchase and sale agreement, Lylene gave everyone a calendar with all of our deadlines noted. As the transaction progressed, everything was done on time and we even closed a week early! The entire sale was handled very professionally by all parties involved. One thing to note though, I think the address on yelp is wrong. The Johnson team is with the Muljat goup on Lakeway Dr.
