The…read morebiggest issue we and a few couples had was nobody was at their store,gas station,marina,etc. We walked down the dock to the Store/Marina and nobody was present? We,with another couple stood in their Marina/Office for over 10 Minutes and nobody helped us, a Ghost Town. There were multiple people that came and left their store while we waited, nobody was there to run this Marina at all? However, we grabbed a Business Card because it is the closest Pontoon Rental to our Vacation Home,so we called them back to rent a Pontoon Boat for a couple of days and the Pontoon was GREAT!!!!!! My advice after two weeks at Marinas, find good Customer Service,expect confusing rates,and just talk to the owners and work your best deal. And if you plan on Fishing? Take all of your gear,rods,bait,etc. you can't get it here.Godbless,Scott

The resort is remote about 18 miles out of Mountain Home, but that is a charm as there is very little light or noise pollution in the area. There are 6 cottages of varying sizes to accommodate your needs. I stayed in Cottage #2 which has a spectacular view of Bull Shoals Lake from the porch as seen in the pictures. The cottage is one bedroom and very cozy. A fully funding functioning kitchen is useful for a long stay if you don't want to go beck into town for meals. The sitting area is in front of a large picture window with the same great view. A small dining table with chairs sits in one corner and the queen size bed in another. The bathroom is quite small with a color scheme from the 70s, but that is not an issue since you won't (hopefully) be spending a lot of time in there. The ceiling fan is extremely noisy, but that was turned off with the click of a switch. The owners are extremely outgoing and friendly! I was met at the car when I arrived and given a quick rundown of the place before settling in. Even though it rained for a lot of my trip, I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet and beauty of the surroundings. I highly recommend the resort for even a day or two of relaxation, but it is also a good place for an extended stay for some quiet rest!

The first thing we noticed upon our arrival was the change in cleanliness at the resort.... keep in mind it was never bad, it just keeps getting better! Patty and Charlie are the nicest people you'll meet and willing to lend a helping hand to get you settled in. They are very welcoming and you can tell they are putting their heart and soul into the resort! We always come because the lake is clear, the water is clean, and it's a great area for fishing and wake boarding. In the mornings the water is super calm and it never gets overly crowded. The resort has a pool and great views if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, and I know you can rent boats around at some of the docks. There are brand new grills, nice decks, and the beds are comfortable with new linens. We always visit this resort and are very excited to see it in such great hands!!

I called legend(boat manufacturer) and the put me in touch with dean's. i was hoping they would send me replacements but instead they made me send back the seats. So i had no use of the boat for 2 plus weeks. Well, i get the seats back and i could tell right away all they did was pull the seat covers tighter and restich them. Well needless to say they fell apart again. Im done dealing with them. They should have put new covers on them obviously. I will take them to a professional at some point to get them fixed correctly.
