Through Nelly's talent, I was able to resolve and learn a lot from the session and I recommend her highly to others. Also, you might go with an intention and get what you needed from it, like I did. But my session was also filled with an additional surprise. Someone who I would have never imagined being of interest to, and being supported by from a much different time in my life. This not only opened my eyes in obvious ways about a childhood relationship that I learned maintains a bond to this day, but it also helped me explore and remember and find new things about that time in my life through the details it gave me to dig deeper with. From that single session, and this surprise, I have been able to reintroduce conversations about that person and my own childhood with my family and opening up that path continues to lead me to remarkable findings and conversations I would have never had had I not experienced this session.

I can't tell you how healing the experience was, when I finally did. It was my first time seeing a medium and I wasn't sure what to expect; if you have any doubts whatsoever, they will be dispelled in the first 30 seconds. One session did more than a decade of therapy could ever do to relieve my survivor guilt. I walked away energized, with the knowledge that I was loved, and with a sense of possibility. I have since come to her at moments when I needed guidance and walked away with invaluable insights. That Nelly can have a casual conversation with my dead people still blows my mind, but I don't question how she does it--I'm just glad she's here.

I appreciated her kindness and empathy as much as her directness and pragmatic sensibility. She always made me feel safe, listened to and empowered and because of our time together I was able to make major changes in my life that have dramatically improved my mental and emotional health, allowed me to be more present and gain a sense of peace I didn't think was possible. Gwen is one of the all-too-rare therapists that not only cares deeply about her clients' happiness but is committed to empowering them to achieve it and has the intelligence, perceptiveness and tools to help them get there. I highly recommend Gwen to anyone struggling, even if you don't know what you're dealing with or where to start, because she will be your biggest advocate and champion. Gwen, thank you for your kind words and for all your time and expertise. I will always be so grateful and appreciate the offer to keep the door open. Then I happened on Trish's page. Immediate connection. I dove into her page and absorbed her writing, her description of services, all the information she provided. Right from the start, her incredible warm and understanding manner drew me. She was completetly honest, for starters, explaining exactly what this work is, how it can be useful in this life to learn from the past; that. it's NOT a party trick or a horoscope. I sent her pictures, nothing more, not even my birthdate. She sent me the reading and information, and it went right to my core! I read it several times, and I will read it many more. There is so much information to glean from it. There were parellels from the life she outlined to the life I am living now that answered questions I have had for years! What I find so impressive, beyond her training and dedication, is how she gently and honestly leads you to recognize that YOU hold the answers. She is there as a guide. Too many people out there are ready to have you believe only THEY have the answer and you better listen to them and follow them blindly (and, of course, give them buckets of money), not Trish. She's here to support you, ANd does she EVER! I am so excited to continue working with her, going a deeper. I would highly recommend this work to anyone, you will learn so much, and you will learn how to apply it. The rest is up to you! Thank you, Trish, what an incredible service.

WARNING: long post lol. Where do I start? First and…read moreforemost, Trish is a wonderful human and kind and very personable. I was interested in past life regression and did a Google search for PLR therapists in New York. There were quite a few and I'm sure they're great, but something about Trish resonated with me. It took me a few days to make the decision to reach out to her because I needed to sit with what I wanted to do and with whom, and even if I wanted to do it at all (thank you ego!). She took time out of her busy schedule to meet with me via zoom. During our zoom call, she explained to me what PLR is and her training and the services she provided. She is not one of those people who is out to get your money as she did not push any of her services on to me. She recommended (and offers) a "group" session for about $20 so that you may get an idea of what she does. In the group session, she begins with a meditation and gets you into a mellow hypnotic state and guides you through a visualization. I never felt afraid, I was always safe during this time and I came out of it more relaxed and curious. After doing this, I booked a past life reading with her. You send her three photos of your face and eyes. She will do her thing and then send you a report of what she saw. Sidenote: Even though I am a believer in past lives, my ego (still) was telling me to be weary. Having said that, I waited a day after receiving it because I was worried about what it would say. When I received my reading, I immediately got chills. As I read it, it was like a familiar movie playing in my head. She told me about things I am currently working on, that I did in my past life. For example, she said I was a reiki healer many many years ago and I am currently working on becoming a reiki master. There is no way she could have known that! NO WAY! She told me about characteristics of my past life self that is spot on with how I am now. These were things only my father and my sister know. After receiving this, I am ready and open (aka my ego had been checked) to receive a full reading. Not everyone is the same and not everyone will have the same experience. Do I recommend Trish? YES YES AND MORE YES! If you look through her website and you like what you see and you resonate with her energy, then there's a reason and I say go for it. Thank you Trish for sharing your gift with me. I hope... I KNOW other people will benefit from your gift as well. I will definitely be seeing you soon!
