Their attitude to after-sale service customers is very defensive & confrontational when asked about charges. The quality of their service is pretty good, but you can count on at least a week wait. I purchased $500 of soil for my raised garden beds. I fully explained what it was going to be used…read morefor and asked other questions regarding raised beds. When the dirt was dropped at my home, we saw that it was completely unfiltered topsoil. Grass, large logs, large clumps of clay, larger rocks, etc. this was not fit to use in a garden. In less than an hour, we drove back to the store and were told that they do not give refunds for a return. It doesn't say that in the receipt and anyone knows that was unfit to use is a raises garden bed. This soil could've only been used for fill dirt in construction. We actually had to just dump out the dirt somewhere that accept fill and go buy it elsewhere. Point is: they do not care about the product and just want a sale. They knew it was wrong to sell it to me for what I explained it was going to be used for and then refused a return in less than an hour after receiving the product. Very disappointing as we like to support local. Do not go here.

I inquired…read moreabout them sending the wrong product, and the response was that I need to pay for shipping and receive a credit only for the plants themselves. By this policy, they can easily send the wrong plant AGAIN and still charge me for shipping. No thank you. Their refund policy: All sales are final. No returns. No refunds. They hold to this policy come hell or high water, and will not take any accountability for their mistakes. Per the email exchange, Patsy explained to me that they were aware of what plant was sent, and proceeded to send it anyway. Patsy Black is rude and incredibly unreasonable. Pray for that woman.
