I struggled to find the basic appliance I was looking for and eventually asked for help. I was led to the same aisle I had been looking at by an employee who was apparently as baffled as I was, but he pulled up something on his phone and figured it out and I got a decent selection and bought something. The store had ample self-checkout lanes. Online shopping has become more and more the norm, but sometimes you need something right now and the convenience of a store like this is appreciable, even if the selection is not what I would have found shopping online.

I'm from the west coast, I am not used to this Walmart obviously and I just needed help locating an item because the map wouldn't work and I couldn't find the isle. Sierra blatantly ignored me when I asked her for help, and I know she heard me because she turned around to look at me. Then as she's turning to continue to walk away one of what I'm assuming was her associates was coming out of the doors from the back with a picking cart and she was berating them! The poor girl looked ready to cry! I could care less at this point she didn't help me, but if this is how your managers treat their associates on the floor in front of customers god forbid how do you treat them behind closed doors. I hope that the store lead, store manager, and marketing managers give this woman the talking she deserves. I live in a city with over a million people and I've never been treated with such disregard as I was today in a small town. You should be ashamed of the people representing your store.

They were able to replace the battery on a Rado watch that 2 other mall jewelers could not (one wanted to send it away for 6 weeks and charge me shipping!) Got my battery replaced for very reasonable price ($7). Worked on it right away and I received it back after a few minutes with the correct time and date. He also showed me how to adjust the time and other mechanisms on another watch. I requested an adjustment on the link of that one too. No charge even though it took 2 tries because I had changed my mind on the fit. Smaller space, limited range of selection for women's jewelry, but this would be a great place to get something extra special, a distinguished piece for your husband or father. More focus on gentlemen's wares. No pressure atmosphere, I was allowed to peruse on my own, but staff was readily available for questions.
