I've used them before and would prefer gas but hey, ceramic is easy to clean. the lower right burner is the largest one and the " go to" burner. but I kept destroying food , pots and pans. I figured out finally that burner was broken for some reason. I called Lowe's, which sod it to me and the only help I got was the name of a repairman. thanks for not ugh ! for 250.00 he came diagnosed it and then I wasc charged 278 .00 for a gizmo ( thermostat ). to fix it. Maytag is no longer reliable having been bought/ sold many times. but Lowe's was what shocked me. I I won't be there again fot any major purchase.

This is now the third nonfunctional appliance they have delivered to me. Obviously my time and money means nothing to them. They barely offered an apology. They will bounce you back and forth with the delivery company to avoid dealing with the bad service. It just gets worse every time. God forbid if you actually try to use a warranty. Whilst shopping in this rural king location we…read morestrolled to the chicken pins and found 3 deceased chicks that had been there for a while, they were stiffened and another chick was suffering, (presumably from being stomped by the much bigger chickens that should have been separated a long time ago) when we told a worker in the lawn care section she said over the radio "somebody come get these chicks we have 3 dead and one sleeping heavily" (very nonchalantly as if this happens often) and when an employee came to remove the deceased chicks from the pins he was huffing and puffing, very angry and aggressive/ didn't wanna be bothered to do his job he snatched up the deceased chicks stomped out of the corral while slamming the gate... The rabbit cages approximately 2ft. By 2ft. (If not smaller) They housed 9 rabbits, they were just laying on-top one another. If you can't possess a better attitude and habbitat for these animals why even have them? 0/10 I feel how you treat animals says a lot about who you are, I will never be going here again.

Heard nothing for a week (meanwhile, the grass kept growing). Then, I called them, and they said to call by Tuesday (5 days later). Meanwhile, the grass kept growing. Called Tuesday and no one could tell me anything. Meanwhile, the grass kept growing. So, I finally went down on Thursday and got my mower back. Took it to Hart's Pro Hardware and had it back within 3 days. By then, I had to chase the monkeys out of my yard with a stick, since it had become a jungle. I haven't had any other problems with them.
