There are lots of other animal supplies to choose from, all at great prices. The staff are very knowledgable. They have given us great advice about chicken health. Coal was involved in two instances. The first was his losing a baby tooth, yes they all lose baby teeth but it is reported to the owner. The second was around 24 months he was playing and hung a foot in a play set. He yelped for help, soaked up the attention, and moved on. He showed no sign of the incident ever again. I made a reservation for my pet the day before for daycare, since I had a meeting and thought she would enjoy spending the day at the facility instead of at home. I received a response stating her reservation had been accepted, along with a reminder text saying, "Can't wait to see her." I arrived as scheduled, and they told me the daycare was already full and could not accept her. What a wasted trip, especially since I had to make an additional trip back home to drop her off before my meeting. What's the point of making a reservation, or of them responding to one? I can only assume it's first come, first served. This is the second time something has happened at this facility. I have used them for grooming, boarding, and daycare; sure, it doesn't matter to them, but they've definitely lost my business.
