It's my hometown store so I hate to bang on them, BUT! I bought new tires from them, 3 weeks later…read moreI was in to have them checked because one kept going low, I arrived at 1pm and was told I was 3rd in line to have the tires checked, at 3:30 pm they still had not got the car in to be looked at. 3 techs on duty, 2 doing literally nothing but visiting with the service writer! Then the took the service writers car in to do an alternator, making that the 4th car since they told me I was 3rd in line. 2 tire bays and both empty! And no idea when they will be checking on the tire issue, I guess since it's not a paying job they are hoping I just go away. Dude standing in tire bay look totally confused not working. Definitely going to speak with corporate.

Re: Corinth, Mississippi Belk Absolutely horrible service. I…read morewanted to return an item that should have been returnable. The salesgirl said she could help me, then inspected the item, and then started helping another customer. Nothing said to me at all. I waited and waited and finally another clerk came over and said they could t accept the return because it looked like it had been used. Well, of course it had been used; how else was I to know that it didn't work!?!?? I said "okay" and they just stood there. They finally went over and put the item back in the box so I could take it back. The first salesgirl should've told me right off that they wouldn't take it back instead of ignoring the issue and going about helping someone else. They should've taken the item back. I ordered it online, picked up in store, and it said it was returnable. I saw some cute things on my way in this morning that I meant to buy after my return. Not only did I not buy those things, I won't be back and I won't purchase from Belk again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Shameful service. AVOID!!!

The worst customer service EVER…read more I have been a customer since 1986. I ordered several pieces of clothing for my son for a formal at school. 3 of the items were never received. I've been calling every 3 weeks since January to get refunded. They keep opening case numbers and tell me that someone will get back with me. It is now April and I still don't have this issue resolved.
