I bought new tires from them, 3 weeks later…read moreI was in to have them checked because one kept going low, I arrived at 1pm and was told I was 3rd in line to have the tires checked, at 3:30 pm they still had not got the car in to be looked at. 3 techs on duty, 2 doing literally nothing but visiting with the service writer! Then the took the service writers car in to do an alternator, making that the 4th car since they told me I was 3rd in line. 2 tire bays and both empty! And no idea when they will be checking on the tire issue, I guess since it's not a paying job they are hoping I just go away. Dude standing in tire bay look totally confused not working. Definitely going to speak with corporate.

The service was good as was the selection which was broad. I picked up a brochure while there that tells the history of the store. There aren't many that have lasted since 1839 so they know how to do business in their market.

I waited and waited and finally another clerk came over and said they could t accept the return because it looked like it had been used. Well, of course it had been used; how else was I to know that it didn't work!?!?? I said "okay" and they just stood there. They finally went over and put the item back in the box so I could take it back. The first salesgirl should've told me right off that they wouldn't take it back instead of ignoring the issue and going about helping someone else. They should've taken the item back. I ordered it online, picked up in store, and it said it was returnable. I saw some cute things on my way in this morning that I meant to buy after my return. Not only did I not buy those things, I won't be back and I won't purchase from Belk again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Shameful service. AVOID!!!

I've been calling every 3 weeks since January to get refunded. They keep opening case numbers and tell me that someone will get back with me. The sweet lady let us come in early and purchase two precious headbands. The store has adorable kids clothes and some nice clothes and accessories for mom too.
