We have been customers for the last five years since we bought our pool from them. He cane in last week to have our water checked and asked to use the restroom. My husband has had 2 strokes, a heart attack and has neuro deficits where her does not realize if he has done something wrong. Anyway he used the restroom and came out, bought supplies and left. So today when he came in with the intention of spending 500$ on a set of stairs, she immediately started yelling at him, asking why did he mess up her bathroom! My husband told her he did not realize he had and he was sorry if he had. She kept on and on about it and when my husband is confronted he shuts down. They have our phone number from when we bought the pool all she had to do was call us. My husband proceeded to buy the stairs and had to have help putting them in the truck because of his disability. So I went to their store and asked the woman why did she publicly embarrass my husband like that. Did she really think if he had messed up her bathroom on purpose he would come back a week later and spend 500$ on stairs? She has no compassion, no common sense and didn't even care when I told her we would no longer be customers. Please do not buy from these people.
