If I have to go into the store multiple times to just have a propane tank refilled, then I will take my business elsewhere. Everywhere else you pay first and they refill and then you are on your way. Lowe's, Academy and other sites are now more convenient. I would go by to help out the local hardware but now I will just go to the big chain stores since this policy has changed.

Then, the petite girl magically appeared next to the cashier. And she repeated exactly what I just said a moment ago. Another girl also showed up next to her and manually totaled our items. Exit is great. No line to walk out and friendly Costco staff member. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Checking out is a bit rough with some staff just trying to usher us out like cows. Yelling at us and telling us which lane to use. If you ever traveled at Bush Airport, then you will know exactly what I mean.

They didn't have the part in stock but said they could order it for me and it would be here in a week and cost $19. He also told me specifically where I could order it myself for about $13. He also recommended another local business that may have it. I checked and they did have it. LCOPE is a dealer for Echo, Stihl, SCAG, Snapper and eXmark. They sell these brands and will repair them as well. Bottom line - He didn't sell me anything today but it's that type of customer service that will make a sell in the future. I really appreciated his help and honesty. It's that type of customer service that easily earns 5-star reviews. I'll be back for sure.
