Then, they suggested, I could decide if I would like to get it repaired and tuned-up, or just buy a new mower. This was just a non-commercial mower for home use. After not hearing anything for a week, I called and was informed that the mower was ready. When I arrived, I was informed that they could not replicate the problem that I described, but that they had changed the oil and tuned-up the mower. The charge was about $90. The next time I used the mower, the same issue that I wanted repaired, occurred after 5 minutes of use. I expected more from TOPS. I only went there because of some excellent reviews online.

Bought a 6 pack of oil mix to receive an another 2 year Warranty. 4 years total. Other custmors also stated they have the Stihl BG 50 as well for years. Premium gas highly recommended. Looked at some repair cost seems resuamble. Thinking of buying the weedeater with the attachment trimmer. And taking my lawnmower to have a tune up.
