We visited the showroom and "tried several out" I settled on one and we did do some haggling (we only needed the mattress since we were having a platform bed among some other things). We reached a very good price for the product and he offered to deliver it in an hour to my house in Milroy. AN HOUR!!!! THATS HUSTLE! I'll recommend over and over. Ace was our first place to stop thinking that it would have the best chance at a perfect replacement and good service to help him find the specific bolt quickly. Wow, were we wrong. I didn't even go in but my husband came out pissed!! Honestly that is not typical for him at all. He said the guy he asked for help just waved down there and apparently didn't have the time or care to help him locate the bolt he needed. If that wasn't bad enough when he found it himself and came up to the register to get checked out apparently he told my husband "Go down there!" Pointing to another girl and when she didn't know the price the guys said to my husband "Well! What was the price??" That was it my husband was so pissed that he just left. He couldn't believe how rude and useless this guy was and told him "thanks for all of your great customer service!!" Although the house was not a large or complicated structure they were able to complete the installation in one day. They were polite and very efficient, working quickly to complete the job in as short a time as possible. This is my 2nd experience with DJ Fisher, having had them stick build a large shed on-site approximately 6 years before, also on a very cold January day. Because of that previous experience with them, I was comfortable with hiring them to do the re-roofing job on my home and would fully recommend them to anyone considering a new shed and/or a roof installation. I find DJ very easy to work with and always goes the extra mile to make sure that the homeowner is happy with their work.
