Even though it was in there return policy guidelines she wanted me to go through the manufacturer. She was not helpful or friendly at all aside from insisting I was lying she said she sold the part I was coming to exchange earlier in the day after I called and asked them to set one aside for me to purchase. She insisted under no circumstances would she return another part if I had issues with it and basically treated me as a criminal. I understand about the manufacturer warranty but this part was needed to have a fire and heat in my house. I didn't want to go days without heat and am less than impressed with her attitude and giving me a hard time. I cried after leaving and pretty much never want to step back in the store again.

I was trying to find an item that was listed on the website in a particular aisle but was not there and became difficult to find. An employee named Ed went out of his way to help us find it. He explored the store, talked to other employees to see if they knew anything... he was super invested in making sure we were able to get what we needed. He connected us with another employee named Jabu who was just as invested. Jabu looked for the item and then explained how another option could work for our application as well. He showed us the product, took us to another aisle that had an applicator that was needed and explained in detail what we needed to do. They both were kind, concerned and great employees and we left very satisfied!

Maven Construction, part of BuiltMaven.com and formerly DS Siding installed a full new roof in…read moreAugust 2022 at my home in State College and refused to come look at the leaking roof 2 years later stating there was no longer a warranty. Sam at Maven Construction who installed the roof as DS siding, required $250 to come out to look at the leak for a service call and stated it wouldn't be covered regardless of what he saw. The 2 separate and independent roofers provided me with repair estimates and both found the leak to be from installation error, poor workmanship, a lack of properly installed flashing, exposed nail heads, damaged shingles from walking during a hot installation, and a negated manufacture warranty from Owens Corning due to incorrect installation. Shoddy workmanship as the leak origin was confirmed by the insurance adjuster. Sam has not rectified the situation, the damages incurred, nor the improperly installed new roof. I do not recommend Maven Construction as they provided inferior and subpar work and do not stand behind their installation with a sufficient roof warranty. 0 stars. Do not use.

The staff are friendly, but sometimes a little pushy into getting you to buy something you're not specifically looking for. Today I went to purchase a plant I've had my eyes on but wasn't 100% sure until now that I wanted it. The staff have to be used to seeing me so I was kinda insulted when a man I spoke with before asked if I paid for the plant I literally just walked out of the building from paying for. I found that offensive a bit, But otherwise I enjoy shopping here mainly due to the selection they offer.
