It's nice because it's a one stop shop for everything we need and at a good rate. Plenty of parking. And it's easy to get help from employees. However the first time I came here I was wearing a hat very special to me and it fell off. I went back and wandered the same aisles to recover it but it was gone. Lost and found didn't have it. Employees didn't seem to care enough to call and ask in the radio if someone picked it up. I left very sad. Second time I came here I had bought groceries. Unfortunately they only sell five pound chicken. I only wanted a pound for the night. But I got it anyways. I wasn't even out of the parking lot before a dog ate it all. Then I had to go back and waste another $10ish to buy another one.

The blue lights in the bathroom made me feel as though I entered a different (wrong) dimension which soon made sense as once I saw the toilet I immediately gasped as there was a mufkin parasite on the seat! So I went to the other stall and there were deuce splatters everywhere so I had to go back to the bug stall and move the parasite all while trying so hard not to actually throw up. I have never been so traumatized using a Shaws bathroom before. I felt filthy just standing in there and got out as fast as possible.

At no time during my encounter didn't manager try to look anything up - just stood there shaking his head saying "You must have returned an item- Where is your receipt for all the clothes you bought the other day" - So now I have to hold a receipt in hand to prove I spent money in Kohls. He argued back with me - no offer of anything -- basically cold and stood his ground as if I was lying and I even said - "why are you treating me in this manner? I'm not lying" Again - totally refused to do anything else and was not professional and condemning "HAVE A NICE DAY" UNPROFESSIONAL JERK- I called & sent in a formal complaint - no phone calls this so far..... no calls .... The Sephora Store worker was sweet and nice but had no clue on products I wanted. She has no idea what the texture spray is from Wow -- and I also wanted a facial cream and she wound up giving me a product was very very expensive without giving me a price. Many other stores have better quality goods. Don't let people talk to You like you're garbage.

My granddaughter tried the pants on and they were too large so I returned them the very next day and instead of refunding my entire amount that I paid for them, they subtracted the $10 Kohl's cash, which I did not ask for in the first place. So since I have no intention of going back to Kohl's to use that $10 Kohl's cash, they have ripped me off for $10. Be aware if you shop there.

We also found some cannoli shells which were 50% off, and some imported chocolate hazelnut spread. Service is friendly, store layout and presentation are well thought out, prices are a bit high but they are understandable considering they have some unique and healthy offerings.
