This TSC is a very unprofessional establishment. The women there are way too rough around the edges and have no sense of how to conduct themselves professionally. We still go there, but a person has to prepare themselves before they go in. The staff really needs a class or two in etiquette is my recommendation. read more

UPDATE: 8 years later and NO CHANGE. I'm sure 'Will' is long gone. In fact, I could only find '1' associate today. No one on the floor to help. They show 4 of this item online, yet none on the shelf. In fact, there isn't a hook or shelf with a tag at all. I went to the cashier, who pulled up on her device - and said 'we are out'...no, we don't stock this'. WHAT? You show 4 in stock. I got the official TSC shrug, so I went down the street and found one at Family Farm and Home. Stopping in here since I was a few feet away at Target, was a full 30 minute waste of time. Tractor Supply - A zip line..seriously - Department Stores Near Me - Fenton, Michigan

For a few years now, I've been trying to convince my father to let us get him a riding mower. It's been a hard sell because even small hints always met with a sharp rebuff. Last month we were leaving a local home improvement store when he casually said he wanted to walk by the riding mowers. I knew where this was going so I played it cool. He perused them, pointed, and all he said was "This one is nice." That was my green light. With his birthday around the corner, I did some expedited research and found an upgraded version (w/anti-scalp wheels) for an extra $50. I even planned to throw in a snow blade to help with shoveling. With mowing season nearly over, this mower was hard to come by. I had to search online and call quite a few places before I found one at this TSC location. The next hurdle was delivery. Their website advertised free delivery, but the online checkout wasn't cooperating. I was hoping they would let me bypass the site and order directly from the store to speed things up, but no. After a two week wait I was able to complete my order. After not hearing back about delivery, I called to follow up. I was told that they had to cancel my order and an email was sent to notify me. I checked my email (and junk folder). Nothing. I've since made other arrangements with a different company. It worked out better for me in the end because for another $50 I upgraded the upgrade and TSC just kept dropping the ball. Dad is still resisting a much needed fridge replacement, so wish me luck. read more

The cashiers are really nice and courteous, my problem is not with them. My issue is the prices, I bought two trailer hub assemblies and two 10" wheels with tires mounted on them. They charged me $416.00 Two days later I found the exact same setup with even the same brand tires at Joes trailer supply in livonia. For $110.00 cheaper. I understand if TSC were even 20 bucks more, fine. But $110.00 MORE????!!!! Gees...... read more

Do NOT buy a tractor or car battery from Tractor supply!!! Do NOT buy an Econostar car battery!!! I bought an Econostar E-22NF battery 5 months ago and it died last night. Cost over $100. Took it back to Tractor Supply and they said "out of warranty". It only had a 90 warranty. So my advice: don't buy an Econostar battery at Tractor Supply! I went to Walmart and bought a battery with more cranking amps and a 3-yr replacement warranty. I'm never going back to Tractor Supply! For anything! read more

I love this store they have great prices on all sorts of things. This is my first time living near a Tractor Supply Company. I always lived in the Detroit suburbs and I am loving Fenton. We feed deer corn and fruit in our backyard. We also feed birds. Our lot backs up to the woods. Every evening I enjoy the wild life right outside my living room window. Tractor Supply makes it possible with wild life feeding needs. They always offer to help you with heavy bags out to the trunk of your vehicle. This store gets an A plus in my rating. read more
