The other day when we came into the Meadowbrook Mall, we ventured into this shop in the mall. And…read morealthough my mother looked around through this small store's few aisles, I found nothing. I don't tend to buy stuff for kitchen's very often, but my mom wanted something for a client at her job in NY. She spotted a set of plastic dishes (almost like Tupperware-ish) that seemed more like a memento than something she'd get, but that's not the point. Prices are a little more than reasonable, but decent for what you get out of it. The one employee that was in the store didn't seem all that busy (we were the only shoppers in the store in the 20 minutes we perused the stores interior), but was anticipating our arrival at her register for checkout (except at one point when she went around picking up dropped items). I mean, it's more a question of me being just..."me" than it is the products themselves; I was out of my element to come into a store like yours...and nothing more.

We will ask for Shelly from now on! Actually, she is coming today! Bouncing off what the man said about the yearly fee, we did not know that either. Now, we know and can put it into our budget. ‍ We priced a regular fence at 15,000. That was NOT in our budget but IF was. We are grateful for IF it was a good choice for our family!

We are currently considering a third dog. I told him that I sent shorts to my dad in Michigan and it was $12 and this shipping was $50. Instead of him just explaining to me that this was shipping for the year he responded with "did you ship the shorts 8 times??" RUDE! Again we are going to pay this bill but I did suggest to him that before a customer installs a fence they should tell them that they will be getting basically a bill every year for $150 per dog for the life of the family's dog. I expected just a friendly explanation of the bill and a suggestion from myself to them as a business, I stead I got sarcasm and short rude answers!! The whole conversation is really sad because up until today I was telling everyone I knew about this company and how accommodating they were to my family.
