She tried to get me to go low and I told her no and that I did not want to see his paws. "I want him fluffy like the poodle on the picture." His regular groomer was not available so I took a chance and had PetSmart groom him. I take really good care of my dog and bring him to get groomed often, not to mention brush, bath, and comb him at home. So it puzzled me as to why she told me he was severely matted. That was clearly a lie when I can run a comb through him at home. There is no way. When they brought him out, I was at a loss for words. He was shaved bare and they nicked his balls. He looked like a burnt poodle. I was so mad I could cuss. To top it off I smelled no shampoo and he had matter in his eyes I had to remove with flea comb when I got home. Just waiting for my dog's hair to grow back and my blood to stop boiling. 80+ dollars gone due to lazy groomers who couldn't give me the courtesy of calling me to tell me he was severely matted if that was the case, which I know it wasn't.

Her hair had been cut but she had not been bathed nor her teeth cleaned. Hair got all over us. The food on her face was still there and her little eye buggers had not been removed. She had bad breath. We talked to the manager,Tina, who refused to give us a refund. We told her that we would no longer be doing business there and she insisted that all she could do was give us a free wash next time. She insisted that she was the ultimate authority there and she has no manager with the ability to get this resolved. Don't go there...I suppose they only have a 3 star review due to poor service.
