Lowell seems to know everything there is to know about chainsaws and other outdoor tools, and in addition to quickly helping me figure out exactly what parts I needed for my saw, he went over more than 20 minutes of hard-to-find instruction, expertise and advice, answering questions on using the saw, training on how sharpening a blade REALLY works, and other important care and maintenance. He refuses to charge for this priceless info (I tried), which in my opinion is far beyond what you could find online or in a Youtube video. In my opinion, Webb's is one of those places Yelp was built to help point out!

I love taking my equipment in getting it repaired. I just feel like they do a great job. The place is always interesting. You drive up a long drive and pass by the organic gardening plots and then turn to the left and go up to the main building. The little shop has a number of things going for it. They carry Husqvarna equipment including chain saws, tree climbing apparel, lawn mowers, weed whackers, and other tools. It's fun just to poke around and take it all in. If you take the time to chat, Lowell always has good information to share. Scott works there now too and he's a journeyman machinist turned Webb's Farm repair guy. That means he can repair virtually anything! I just love the feel of this place. I know it won't be around forever, so I plan to take advantage of it for as long as I can.

I went in to the business to find out why I was not getting a call back. They have me some story about the service guy not doing his job. I set up an appointment for a technician to come out. The appointment time was for 9 am. I specifically asked what time they would be there as I took time off of work. 1015 rolled around and no one came. I called and was told they would be there soon. After another hour, no one came. I called again and was told they would be out. At 1:00 no one had been out. I called and cancelled. Horrible customer service. If I knew this is what I would experience, I would have never bought my tractor there and gave them my business. Would never recommend them.

Their team at the Garden World is friendly and service-oriented, with fast diagnoses and part repairs and I'm told they have a much better turnaround time than local competitors. They carry a big selection of Stihl, Husqvarna, and Toro tools, with both gas and electric options available. If they don't have what you need, they can usually get it for you. They're also an approved warranty and repair center for brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Ryobi - possibly others but these are the ones coming top of mind. They also handle battery repair and battery warranty repairs which is why we stopped in. Another bonus: they have a great selection of Green Mountain Grills along with plenty of refill pellets to keep you stocked up. I actually picked up a cover for my smoker on my latest visit as I hadn't initially thought to get one. They were sold out of bbq mits but did have other bbq accoutrements. Then they said they fired the mechanic that made this suggestion and the next mechanic decided they didn't need the parts. I paid $161 dollars brought it home and it didn't start. Looked at the fuel level and saw it was low. Filled it up, and it still didn't start. Took it back to them. They said I put in bad fuel, but it didn't start with the fuel that they put in the engine and sent me home with. They drained the fuel and wanted to charge me another $61, for something I already paid for and it still wasn't working. Super frustrating. Would not recommend this company due to their inability to repair a lawnmower in a timely manner and for trying to charge more for a repair that wasn't completed.
