Lowell seems to know everything there is to know about chainsaws and other outdoor tools, and in addition to quickly helping me figure out exactly what parts I needed for my saw, he went over more than 20 minutes of hard-to-find instruction, expertise and advice, answering questions on using the saw, training on how sharpening a blade REALLY works, and other important care and maintenance. He refuses to charge for this priceless info (I tried), which in my opinion is far beyond what you could find online or in a Youtube video. I love taking my equipment in getting it repaired. I just feel like they do a great job. The place is always interesting. You drive up a long drive and pass by the organic gardening plots and then turn to the left and go up to the main building. The little shop has a number of things going for it. They carry Husqvarna equipment including chain saws, tree climbing apparel, lawn mowers, weed whackers, and other tools. It's fun just to poke around and take it all in. If you take the time to chat, Lowell always has good information to share. Scott works there now too and he's a journeyman machinist turned Webb's Farm repair guy. That means he can repair virtually anything! I just love the feel of this place. I know it won't be around forever, so I plan to take advantage of it for as long as I can.
