It felt cold but the technician tried by putting a towel over me. I guess I get cold so easily. I will not take points off this. The spa robes are cute. There are lockers to store your belongings. There are a lot of stairs if you must do tests upstairs but there are also elevators too. I had a good experience except for being cold. I recommend this clinic keeping warm blankets it helps a lot. But in the meantime I recommend you taking along a favorite small blanket.
