Per the first review that was already on here for this business, I had the same experience of terrible lash retention. Taylor is very nice and was great to chat with, but the service is subpar compared to other techs I've been to. I had a light wispy/closer to the thin-ness of a classic set. I asked for a custom set essentially, like classic but with a bit of spikes because I don't like my lashes thick. By the first week less than 1/3 of the lashes remain on my eyes. Even after the first 24hrs, when I wash my face they fall off like 10+. I did text her after the first day saying her glue is probably bad, but she said it's not and did offer a touch up, but I had to go on a trip and didn't have time. After the first week with photos she still don't believe it was her glue... so I'm not coming back. read more

Stop holding out on lash extensions! I have admittedly been super hesitant to get them. Between the salon price tag and not knowing if i would like them, it just didn't feel like something I would ever try. I was referred to TP Winx by a friend of a friend, after complimenting her gorgeous lashes. I have now been to see Taylor for lashes twice and I can't believe I waited so long! She does a great job and her prices are an insane value for such quality work! She is also just incredibly sweet and likable, which is awesome when you're spending a couple hours at a time with someone. Highly recommend scheduling some time to visit Taylor for a lash upgrade. Services was honestly great at first and a really personable/respectable young lady. But take my advice -if you want lashes spend the money, these lashes fell out not even 48 hours after them being installed and I was refused a refund. If it was a lash care issues then I would understand, however I have a cosmetologist sister who has history with lash extensions and has shown me how to care for them and all precautions to take. I even paid a $40 tip and only asked for a 50% refund and was denied. read more
