Our Grand Cherokee was a lemon from day one, the dealership themselves admitted it, the stupidest things have been changed multiple times on the vehicle. Had to bring it to a mechanic elsewhere, he fixed it cost me 72.00. Strike two oil pan had a leak, brought it in to this dealership under warranty, was not fixed, had to take it back a second time, seems to be "fixed" this time, strike three buttons on steering wheel almost never respond, brought back into the dealership, was told "buttons are fine" odd that they say this as they STILL don't work properly. Constant phone calls offering me "great trade in deal" asked them to stop, didn't stop, finally someone gets on phone saying "let us make it up to you... and make you a great deal..." I relent go to dealership get told "approved or not we will call you back to let you know..." guess what, never got a call back "approved or not". Calls have started again offering me a "great deal on trade in..." requested that calls stop.... AGAIN. Owned by the same person who owns Mazda in this town. Was terrible dealership BEFORE being bought out, and is STILL a terrible dealership after being bought out. Go elsewhere.

When we tried to explain this the service department was rude and made us pay more than quoted and they didn't even do the work! When I tried to speak with the owner/manager I was brushed off. They tried to make us do work that wasnt even required, luckily we are knowledgeable with mechanics otherwise we would have been ripped off even more. We paid more than quoted for a job they didn't even do. Save yourself the headache and find another shop!!
