Called and made a deal over phone on 7/5/23 I…read morewas going down to get boat sales man said I can't take it tell 7/18/23 said the needed to water test it and finish installing transducer and cover. 7/18/23 drive 4 hours to get boat show up and the boat didn't even change asked about transducer and cover sales man said it didn't come with it! Then I drive 4 hours back to home go to dock boat in lake turn key one check engine light is on so I load it up drive it back 4 hours to Mortz and can't get a sales manager to call me back service keeps telling me next week. 8/9/23 and I still have not got a boat wasted the rest of my kids summer.

The insurance company for the other driver recommended Centennial Collision & Paint in Bismarck North Dakota. I contacted them so that I can try and help my son out and spoke to someone named Tara. I have spoken to her quite often on and off over the past month or so so I can try to get my son's vehicle in there. She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. If I could give more than five stars I would, but unfortunately I can only give five. River city sports is a nice facility that has reasonable prices and all around good people working here, iv been helped many times by nice people on the sales floor and managment office. BUT if you have ever been so inclined to venture into the parts department and run into a Mr.Wolf, I feel very bad for you. Mr.Wolf is a very arrogant and rude person who is apparantly the arctic cat King and if you look anything but his type of person, he lifts his nose and gives you a look as though you are a complete idiot and wasting his time. The parts dept. has been very helpful from the people working there, all aside from Mr.Wolf. I would deffinantly recommend this dealer to anyone just as long as you steer clear of mr.wolf.
