We stayed here while in town for the Frog Follies car show and WOW was our stay awesome!…read more First let's talk location: - Close to major highways - Multiple food places within walking distance - Small lake with a walking path around it out back TBF - there are 4 or 5 other hotels in this same area around that lake so there are options. Rooms/Amenities: - King room had a desk, dresser, tv, microwave and fridge - Our room had a bathtub - which I LOVE as my tub at home sucks - Bedding was comfy as was the bed - Pool area was heated and very clean - They have a patio out back of the pool area with tables to sit and eat at - loved this! - Lobby is not quite big enough for the crowds while we were there... breakfast was way crowded - Breakfast food offering changed day to day and was a nice selection. I really enjoyed the mini waffles in blueberry flavor! - They offer fresh cookies in the lobby each evening, fruit, coffee and water available all day - Exercise room is big enough for multiple people and had a nice selection of dumbbells so I could do a strength workout versus just a treadmill - They also have an in house laundry room you can use (like a pay machine at the laundromat). I didn't need it this time, but have been in need before and loved that they had this available The staff was all friendly and helpful and they were dealing with a packed house everyday. Even the breakfast was well kept up and the tables were getting wiped down. Overall our stay here was stellar and I'd come back in a heartbeat. We stayed on the first floor and close to an exit door. I was concerned it may be loud and I would have trouble sleeping but it wasn't. We heard no noise from rooms next to ours or from the hallway - though we could smell the breakfast in our room each morning :)

Stayed here for one night and I was surprised with the low ratings. The hotel has been recently…read moreupdated, and the rooms were pretty nice. The doors kept the noise level down and I got a decent nights rest, even though I was only there for a short night. I did not like the smaller bathroom and had trouble with my shower draining, but overall, it was a pretty average stay.

I moved over to this hotel, and I was extremely pleased and happy to have a clean bathroom floor without someone else's hair, no mold in the shower, the room smelled clean, the hallways smelled clean. The furniture is not damaged like the other place and overall it was $20 cheaper per night. I am a lifetime platinum Marriott, Bonvoy, and current titanium but I might never stay at a residence Inn or Fairfield Inn again. Hilton seems to have cleaner rooms and maintains their property better. I appreciate that they have a restaurant on site. The workout room looks nice and the pool area looks clean. All I expect in a hotel is a clean room, comfortable bed with comfortable pillows, and a decent TV with Internet and you guys did a much better job than your competition. Congrats!

I am not a fan. Rooms are ok. Clean, etc. Just what you…read moreexpect. For a premium hotel the only premiums are extra cost and everything coasts extra. I would have been better off staying at the Hampton Inn next door. Breakfast buffet cost $14+tax For hard burnt potato chunks, scrambled egg pellets (old and overcooked), and bacon crumbs. There were a few other things, but nothing of note. The bacon crumbs, tho very greasy tasted good. All day coffee is only available during breakfast time, I was told. Otherr coffee is from a machine at $3-5 a small cup. Some of the staff are nice and friendly.

Their system was down we when go there. They had a tour bus and other individuals here at that time…read moretoo. They were flustered, but determined to get people to rooms. They checked ids, and took card information for each one, and personally walked people to rooms to allow them to drop off their luggage. They asked that people remain patient with them while they tried to manually check each person in, and asked us to check back in with the front desk for room keys in the next hour or so. I waited about 25 minutes for them to get the tour bus checked in before they got to me, but they were extremely nice and accommodating. They took us to our room, we went down and left before our room keys were done, but when we arrived back at the hotel after a few hours they had our room keys at the desk waiting for us. I can appreciate their commitment to treating us nicely and getting us to rooms even when their system was down. I have been to plenty of other hotels where they made us wait in a lobby for hours instead of getting us to a room before. The room was clean, meals were great, and all staff was very nice and accommodating to us on the trip. I would 100% stay here again.

Staff was not at the front desk 24 hours but the staff that assisted us were all absolutely wonderful. The only thing that bothered us was our bathroom door was extremely fickle and loud. The noise level in this hotel is great, as we had some friends over for cards and we were quite boisterous in the wee hours and not one complaint about noise! We had a late checkout as well, which was great! ($20 fee for 1:30pm)
