There is only one set of old ass Superchargers at the janky outlet mall. Getting in and out of that mall is mind numbingly frustrating. The traffic coming from Ridgeland into Pearl (where the SC is located) is always backed up. It sucks so bad. Sometimes it's ten mins to go one mile. Why is this relevant? I chose this hotel so I could charge overnight and not have to use the SC in Pearl. I arrived to find them all out of order, possibly never fully installed. Despite that it was clearly advertised as having a charging station. So I check in, dangerously low on energy and go to plug my car in. No power at any of the stations I tried. I go and ask the front desk lady and she says, "yea they work, try another one". Stupidly I listen to her and then the real frustration sets in. I now realize I have to drive to Pearl and sit there and charge. See above. Not to mention the POS chargers limited me to 75kW max on that visit. Lovely. Room was fine after my anger subsided. I would have actually enjoyed my stay had I not felt duped. AC units were extremely loud though. Breakfast offerings are so bad. I don't know who eats this at a corporate level and says "Yep! That is the one!!! People will love this! Why can't we just have bacon and sausage that come from pigs rather emulsified and formed trash meat. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. The hotel has been recently renovated and is modern and beautiful! We were pleasantly greeted by Tocarro at the front desk. She gave us a great warm welcome and checked us all in quickly and we got our room keys. We ordered pizza for our kids and the hotel has a large and inviting space where we were able to eat and unwind. The rooms have also been renovated and are spacious, bright, and inviting. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we all slept so good and woke up well rested. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast. The pancake maker was a big hit with our kids and they're delicious! They also had biscuits & gravy, sausages, egg omelets, an assortment of juices, fruit, and danishes. If we travel this way again, we'd definitely stay here!

They have a big lazy river outside and lots of areas to walk around. The property is lush and green! Inside, they have lots of seating areas which made post conference gatherings easy to happen naturally near the bar in one of the little seating nooks. I can't, in good conscience, give a better rating with such horrible WIFI. That's a deal-breaker for me.

We were able to put up all of our own decorations. There's a full kitchen inside, a large "living room" area, and a large portion of a lot of tables and chairs. I like the fact that there's a "bar" area off the kitchen which is an open space into the "living room." We were able to set all of the food items out on the "bar" area. We also had full, exclusive use of the pool. My daughter had both women and men at her baby shower and a lot of them brought their children. There were also some teenage relatives there. They were all able to enjoy the pool area while we were inside opening gifts and talking. In addition to have a bathroom area inside, there are also two restrooms outside by the pool area. In the outside bathrooms, they have rubber mats down on the tile floor so you won't fall because of the pool water from people getting in and out. There's even a water fountain outside that actually provides cold water. There's a good number of parking spots available; however, if you are having a very large event, it's also fine to just parallel park along the street.
