There is only one set of old ass Superchargers at the janky outlet mall. Getting in and out of that mall is mind numbingly frustrating. The traffic coming from Ridgeland into Pearl (where the SC is located) is always backed up. It sucks so bad. Sometimes it's ten mins to go one mile. Why is this relevant? I chose this hotel so I could charge overnight and not have to use the SC in Pearl. I arrived to find them all out of order, possibly never fully installed. Despite that it was clearly advertised as having a charging station. So I check in, dangerously low on energy and go to plug my car in. No power at any of the stations I tried. I go and ask the front desk lady and she says, "yea they work, try another one". Stupidly I listen to her and then the real frustration sets in. I now realize I have to drive to Pearl and sit there and charge. See above. Not to mention the POS chargers limited me to 75kW max on that visit. Lovely. Room was fine after my anger subsided. I would have actually enjoyed my stay had I not felt duped. AC units were extremely loud though. Breakfast offerings are so bad. I don't know who eats this at a corporate level and says "Yep! However, each morning the eggs were full of water, the waffles were soggy, and the food lukewarm at best. Staff tends to hang out back in the kitchen, rarely making rounds to check on drinks or for any other needs. Again, very nice. But not really attentive. The evening reception in the lounge was unremarkable. Honor bar was a fantastic touch. However, the food again was disappointing, over over seasoned and cold, despite sitting in the warming trays. Each night I tried something different at the restaurant. Temperatures were inconsistent, usually it was very heavily salted. On my last night multiple people sent food back from the bar for various issues. There happened to be a special event going on, and when speaking with the food and beverage supervisor, the special event seemed to be the focus. The pool area has been closed the entire time. Here for business. Not a lot of accommodations in the area to choose from. I would give this property another chance, but they need to step up their game. I appreciated the cold brew with almond milk.

The simplest tasks are impossible. Positive notes: breakfast was delicious, room is clean, the little pool was nice (but loud with screaming women). The front desk lady was super nice! I can't, in good conscience, give a better rating with such horrible WIFI. That's a deal-breaker for me.

We were charged a no show charge for that reservation. I called the hotel to inquire about it. They said I just canceled one of the 2 rooms, yet I only had 1 confirmation to cancel to my knowledge. All of my reservations and cancelations were done online. I received no notice that the hotel had split my 1 reservation into 2. Poor management. I have and continue to be in contact with IHG to get this issue resolved.

We were able to put up all of our own decorations. There's a full kitchen inside, a large "living room" area, and a large portion of a lot of tables and chairs. I like the fact that there's a "bar" area off the kitchen which is an open space into the "living room." We were able to set all of the food items out on the "bar" area. We also had full, exclusive use of the pool. My daughter had both women and men at her baby shower and a lot of them brought their children. There were also some teenage relatives there. They were all able to enjoy the pool area while we were inside opening gifts and talking. In addition to have a bathroom area inside, there are also two restrooms outside by the pool area. In the outside bathrooms, they have rubber mats down on the tile floor so you won't fall because of the pool water from people getting in and out. There's even a water fountain outside that actually provides cold water. There's a good number of parking spots available; however, if you are having a very large event, it's also fine to just parallel park along the street.
