Clerk said the website would sell us the room though they dont have it. Got it the room and realized there was older furniture like the dresser in the room we had was dirty and scratched up. The bed was hard and tilted towards the mirror. There was no privacy truly for the toilet area. No table, chair or closet to put your bags away. We had to go to walmart to purchase bedding ours had weird stains, cigarettes holes and just long term wear and tears. We found all the light switches to turn off the led and star light. We the shower was spacious but dirty. Had someone else's hair in it, used their towels to cover the shower floor. We even purchased our own towels due to the cleanliness of theirs. Also only one night stand no extra lighting for the bedside. Woke up the next morning and checked out around 6am and went yo a military meeting and waited on our room across town to be ready at a much nicer place. I always bring cleaning supplies so I wiped everything down and sprayed still felt nasty even after showering with my own towels. If you want a romantic getaway don't book here save your money if this is the only option.

The host seemed responsive and attentive, but came to false conclusions based on an inference made by a maintenance worker who stopped by twice during our one-week stay. She alleged that we cut down six of her "trees," when we used fallen twigs, branches, and brush from the forest floor. She waited until after we provided her with a good review on Airbnb before she turned around and requested $540 for cutting down her trees, which we DID NOT, I repeat DID NOT do. Before renting from The Cabin Collection, make sure to video tape every inch of the property, inside and out, or you may face an up charge, despite the host's "worry free promise."
