Dr. Ignatius is very nice and will listen to any concerns you may have. The staff working in her office is very nice and helpful as well. There are night time hours on Mondays which is nice for those of us who work. I came to the center around 2:30 on 1/1/26. I was in line to check in with 2 people in front of…read moreme. There was one person doing intake. I waited for about 10 minutes then a person that was discharged had a question for the intake person about where his prescription was sent, which she took the time to try and answer before checking me in (which was fine at the time). When she finished with the discharged patient, she begins my check in and asks me to verify my address. She then stepped away and when she returned told me she had just been told that they could not see anyone else that day. I did not take the time to discuss the unfairness and ridiculousness of this decision as my ride had just told me he was going to run an errand while I waited to be seen. I wanted to catch him before he left, because I didn't want to be stranded. This was easily the worst experience with a medical office reception area. It is now abundantly clear why your ratings are so low. If anyone in this office has a goal to improve that for 2026, you really need to take time to train people when and under what circumstances to stop seeing patients.

After 15 minutes on hold, the receptionists tell you they are unable to schedule anything without first talking to a nurse who will call you back, but never does. They hold no appointment windows open for new pregnancies and are so busy they can't get you in for over a month! Out of the giant team of doctors there, I was told only three of them work afternoon's and evenings. When do they expect full time working women to get in for care? Unfortunately, this is the only office that is considered tier 1 in network with my insurance so I'm stuck. If you can go somewhere else, I would strongly consider staying away from this frustration!! Last thing you need when you are pregnant and hormones are raging!

After the visit, I received a bill for $800+ AFTER insurance took care of its portion. Why I had to receive 10 different blood tests at an average of $300 each is beyond me. What is worse it that the doctor never gave any forewarnings for these charges. With these being 'just in case' tests, I surely would have thought twice about receiving them. After I paid my balance in full, they proceeded to turn me over to a debt collector (called on a number that the office had) for an outstanding $45, with no attempt to call me themselves. It is with this disregard for anything but patient's money, that I can say, that it was the worst doctor visit I have experienced.

I tried out a few doctors in the area before I settled on Dr. Marinier. Don't listen to the negative review above--the cost of medical care is not Dr. Marinier's fault or problem. Without diagnostic tests, how is she supposed to tell you if you're ok or not? Take your complaints to the insurance company and make it your responsibility to inquire about costs if it's an issue. We were new clients and She did not go through any of our charts. You would think new clients you would do that. Then she ran a small amount of lab work. If she would of read our chart you would of seen what we need ran and went over it with us. Since they don not let 2 people in the room my husband is not going to remember what to say to her. He wants in and out. Also She is not easy to get in contact with and no return messages.
