It says "On extremely rare occasions, tile and stone can chip or crack while we drill to install our anchors. Boston Glass Group is not responsible for any costs associated with this. We will remove the pieces necessary and continue installation once the repair is completed at no additional cost. We deal with a broken tile about once every 250 showers. We cannot assume liability for any fee's charged by Atristic Tile for their portion of the process" So you pay them to install the glass. They break your stuff. They don't repair. Awful! Untrustworthy. Do not engage.
