However Steve with Extreme Services kept me at ease with regular telephonic updates with pictures of the project progress. All unknown issues that were uncovered during the project were addressed promptly with what I thought were fair estimates to resolve those issues. The ridge beam is less than half the size it should be, the rafters were cut at the wrong angle, some don't even touch the ridge beam, none of the rafters are connected properly, thus the roof as it is pushes outward on the north and south walls of our home and is causing the ceilings to cave in, doors do not close properly, crown molding is pulling away from the ceilings, huge cracks in ceilings and on some walls, and they didn't remove all the debris from attic even though they had to tear off the entire roof and everything was exposed. They also re-installed gutters that have failed thus causing us to have all new fascia put in along with all new gutters. Adam Brown, owner of HomeWorks, has refused to answer our engineer's report we paid to have done, so I'm assuming he KNOWS his crew did shotty work and he doesn't want to correct any of it. Our lawsuit against Adam Brown and HomeWorks Restoration should put an end to his business practices, at least I hope it does!! Please, do not use this business.

We had a water Leak in our basement. I called Servpro monday morning and they were at my house by…read morethat afternoon. They went through the basement and removed all carpets and structure that was damaged with the water that has caused mold. They also explained to me what they were tearing out and show me why they were removing it. They put their machines downstairs to dry out the basement and a humidifier to clean the air. All work was completed as I was told and they cleaned up all that was needed. I very impressed with their work, and would call them again if needed
