Moreno's Roofings' quote was significantly lower than the other quote I got. Moreno's installs a complete roof system , ice & water shield, felt paper underlayment & starter strip shingles around perimeter off the roof. They use Certainteed-Landmark shingles with a 50 year warranty. The crew arrived on March 24, 2025 and removed the old shingles from the roof and installed the ice & water shield and felt paper and staged the shingles on top of the roof. They brought along a dumpster and discarded old shingles and other materials into it as they worked. The next day they nailed the new shingles into place and finished up the job. They cleaned all debris from my yard and also rolled the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. My experience with Moreno's roofing was very positive, the crew doing the work were friendly, professional & very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the results, the roof looks great. He provided a temporary fix while assisting me through a homeowners insurance claim repair due to the damage being caused by a tree limb falling on my roof. On the day of the work a six man crew completed a whole tear down, deck repair, and shingle replacement of a whole side of my roof in a matter of hours. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the fact as well. Although the particular type of shingle was not the same as those originally installed on my house it looked nearly identical so as to not be noticeable. I was extremely satisfied overall and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others or use them again in the future.

NOT reliable. We…read morerecently called this company to give us an estimate on fixing a leaky chimney. The response and estimate were prompt; we were told it would be a small job, but their minimum fee was $300. We agreed, but emphasized that we needed it done within the week, as there was no rain in the forecast, we were moving soon, and were worried about the cumulative effect of rain on the seal over our fireplace. The representative promised us it would be taken care of within the week, but stated he could not commit to a date because he would need to wait until he had more jobs up in our area. Fast forward to a week and two phone calls later (one where his promise to come in the agreed upon time frame was reiterated, the other went to VM and not returned) and still no repairman. It has since rained and our fireplace has buckets and towels to collect the water. My last VM message to them was to remind them of what any business worth its salt needs to know if they don't want to go under: honor your commitments. The bottom line is that I would not trust this company; there are many others to choose from in the area.
