From the moment we moved in, Susan greeted us with a warm smile, and offered genuine hospitality and helped match us with the perfect apartment to best suit our needs. She has been the longest working member on staff at Town Station and her dedication and level of commitment to taking care of residents is remarkable. She is truly a gem of a person and a joy to all residents. The entire team consisting of Tracy, Susan, Lisa, Pete, Manuel and Orlando are not only efficient and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of what it means to run an apartment complex. We especially want to extend a huge shoutout to the maintenance staff at Town Station! Throughout our time here, the maintenance staff continuously demonstrates a remarkable level of professionalism and promptness. The best place that i have lived in, maintenance always on point and i have no complaints about this place.

I lived at Towne Station from 2014 until 2023 and everything was fine until the new manager Tracy started working there. She is rude and unprofessional. I asked several times to at least get a carpet cleaning after 8 years of living there and all the other apartments had been remodeled. I gave a 2 week notice to leave the apartment and since I was breaking my lease I was told as long as the apartment gets a new tenant I wouldn't be charged which was the case. I got 2 Bills after that, one for the remaining time including the two weeks and then a second and final statement for damages and fees which I paid right away. Now 4 months later I received an email stating that they owed me $1,100 that was to be refunded to me. I wrote several emails to ask when would I receive this money and I didn't get any response from Tracy (She was never at the premises apparently since that was the excuse) Then I was told that They don't know why I received that email for a refund. I wasn't aware of any refunds until they emailed me I responded and I was told that Tracy would contact me. She never did and I emailed again to see what's going on and mentioned that obviously Tracy doesn't want to bother contacting me. A few minutes later they send me an email saying that I owe now $2,500. Her way to handle her position is the most unprofessional. This new charge makes absolutely no sense since I moved 4 months ago. I hope her management team looks into her ways on handling their property. I don't care about the refund and this new charges should be removed immediately. This was only her way to shut me down or intimidate me. read more

I indicated interest in this rental on Apartment List and a few hours later I received a phone call and voicemail, three emails, and a text all within a twenty minute time span from Tiana Marshburn. When I replied to the text that I was indeed interested in a tour but would prefer to communicate by email because they had essentially barraged my phone with all this nonsense, she just texted back possible tour dates. I asked to be removed from their database and blocked the number. I never consented to texts, but would have brushed off this frankly absurd and aggressive tactic if they had simply switched to email like I asked. There are lots of options for places to live in this price range and I'm not going to go with the invasive one. read more

I have lived at Town Station for over two years. Three different management companies and numerous changes, mostly negative in my opinion. Jasmine, the manager is mediocre at best. The apartments are nice and are renovated once tenants move out. Mine has not yet been renovated. The maintenance staff is lacking professionalism and knowledge or maybe just lazy. My a/c stops working numerous times a year. Maintenance has done everything from ignore me to bring me a window unit. Management did not help either. I had to complain to corporate one Winter I was left without heat for weeks. The current manager has not responded to my emails or telephone calls when I attempt to resolve my issues with her. My dryer door pops open mid-cycle. I have submitted at least three requests for repair. I have been told to "slam" the door. I am disabled and slamming the door is not especially easy for me, but I have attempted it. Normally the lid pops open. And my clothes are left to sour, requiring re-wash. There is often food and trash thrown on the ground near my unit. It is very unattractive and uninviting for my guests. My complaints on this issue have too be ignored by management. Now for my biggest complaint...the noise. When my neighbors walk, my glasses shake. I can hear my neighbors phone ring and even vibrate inside my apartment. Children run through and play in the breezeways. Kids have beat on my car. I reported this as well but of course nothing was done. I have witnessed several domestic violence matters. Loud cursing, physical and verbal exchanges. I have stopped taking my concerns to management as they obviously do not incorporate any changes. Please note I pay over $1050.00 for my one bedroom apartment yet feel like I live in the slums. I cannot wait to move away from here! Do not let the high rent or fancy office decor fool you. The management here is nice for the most part. However, if I need to do anything besides pick up a package I always go to Susan because she always make sure that whatever her residents need gets done. Everyone could be better about enforcing the rules, they only send our reminder emails or texts reminding residents of the same three rules and nothing changes. I don't bother putting in noise complaints anymore because nothing efficient is going to get done. The apartments themselves are nice, maintenance isn't the best but it's enough to get by. We just signed our second lease but after this one we'll definitely be moving. read more

I cant believe this is not on Yelp yet; the apartments are fairly new, stainless steel and granite with hardwood vinyl floor in the bathroom and the kitchen. Overall very quiet and nice neighbors; maintenace and office crew are excellent and very helpful. I have lived here now 3 months and I do not really have any complaints. read more

I've lived here for almost four years, through countless management changes that didn't give me optimism. The current staff has been responsive and are getting better about following-up. Honestly, they have stuck around longer than their predecessors and that should count for something. The grounds could be better maintained (e.g. more frequent powerwashing/cleaning of breezeways, daily rounds to pick up trash and evaluate curb appeal problems, constantly overflowing recycle/trash area) to improve customer satisfaction and reduce resident turnover. The office staff are customer-service oriented and I've always found them friendly. In particular, Jessica gets a shout-out for being a great "face-of-the-company" and willing to address issues that possibly belong on someone else's plate. Wish list: more frequent food truck appearances, more frequent recycle pickups (or additional dumpsters), valet trash pick-up (something more and more apartment complexes are offering as an enticement). At the end of the day, stability in management is the most critical indicator of long-term success and the fact that I haven't seen any turnover of key staff since this particular management company came on board is huge. Prior to this team, leasing agents and managers never should have bothered unpacking their office supplies. I hope this team continues to ask for resident input. If I didn't have confidence in them, I'd be gone by now. read more

Not a fan of these apartments at all. Buildings are constructed beautifully, apartments with granite, great lighting etc. but management is not good. Office is friendly but not even close to efficient. Fire alarms constantly going off without even apology emails - one morning we were all woken up at 8:30 with emergency fire alarms which lasted over 15 minutes! It's happening again today - fire alarms going off with no email explanation - I have had it. Animals going crazy, children crying outside in their pajamas, the works. And management didn't even bother to email us an apology! So unacceptable. Also apartments aren't maintained well. Trash cans constantly overflowing in public areas, computers never work properly, recycling bin has never not overflowed, and there's bird poop in all the walkways in the apartments because they are never cleaned and birds live in the wood overpass. Parking is terrible, we constantly have to park far away from the apartment, and construction has been going on next to the apartments outside of time frame promised during move in (9-5) (construction is more like 6:30-onward). read more

Definitely was impressed with the model. The actual living unit was unfortunate - millipedes, bugs, loud noisy neighbors. Some mass emails to residents regarding reminders of pool and community room acceptable behavior and hours. A mix of residents that are moving here until housing is available vs long term renters (which means you get responsible vs irresponsible residents as neighbors). There are many large pets that live here. It does seem safe for the most part. Management seems to try to improve the reported situations but are bound by rules of the complex. It does seem some evictions have taken place. I would find another more consistent tenant base where residents all respect each others needs for rental living. read more

This is the nicest apartment complex I've lived in. Love the layout of their apartments, different than every other complex, and the beautiful granite in the kitchen/bathroom.. Love the area and being able to walk across the street to Abbey Rd Tavern. Everyone in the leasing office is super nice and helpful. No complaints here. read more

Under new management and things have changed. Unfortunately not for the better. Lease contract now contains a clause that invades the privacy of lessees. It has taken several calls to get maintenance requests filled. I no longer have access to pay my rent online, and after several requests over several months still don't have access. Apartments are more expensive than comparable units in Cary. My advice is look elsewhere. read more

Great location and really nice building but...grounds are not maintained, building not cleaned, dirt and trash in entrance, elevator and hallways. Dog poop in grass and on sidewalks. Dumpster area has piles of trash and old furniture. Elevator has had major problems. Security system and exterior doors don't work. Look at exterior of building, it was never finished, trim on balcony is missing. On maybe the third management team now. This one doesn't care nor respond either. The walls are so thin you can hear tenants using the bathroom as well as other human interactions. It's marketed as "luxury" but not built nor managed as luxury. read more

My husband and I relocated back to North Carolina from Bowie, MD, and we were on the hunt for an apartment temporarily. We searched for a list of apartments online to visit. Phillips Chatham Pointe was our first and last stop!!! We were sold immediately with the amenities as well as the units that were shown. It is such a family oriented development, and the location is conducive to lots of shopping, food stores, and everything else!!! The staff is very friendly and responsive to our needs, so what more can you ask for?!?! Thus far, we have thoroughly enjoyed all that Phillips Chatham Pointe has to offer. read more

We've lived here or a couple of years and have had a good experience. This is the third management group that we've had. We haven't interacted with them all that much, but they seem friendly most of the time and have always helped me with what I have needed. The apartments themselves are very nice and updated, and the community is quiet and the neighbors are nice. My only issue with the new group is that the grounds are not kept up as well as they used to be. There is often trash in the grass directly in front of the buildings that stays there for days/weeks even though I see the staff on the property just about every day. Also, there is dog poop all over the place, which is very frustrating because I pick up my dog's poop 3x a day everyday.... Overall, we really like living here even with some of the things that we aren't crazy about. I would recommend this place to others. It seems affordable compared to other places and is a newer complex. read more

When I was first looking around I understood very well that some people go online and give bad reviews because something didn't go there way and they may have been bitter about it. It happens everywhere. Well I learned very quickly that Phillips Swift Creek is a joke. It's an apartment and I do expect to hear noises from time to time, however, the walls are so thin that I can get the most basic of conversations through my walls and even floors. Ok, so at the end of the day I can adjust and live with that. The thing about this complex that drives me up the wall is the lack of care from property management. When something is brought to their attention it is simply brushed off to the side. There is simple not a care in the world and unless you want to pay the lease break fee you are stuck and they know it. This gives them the ability to look you in the eyes and tell you to screw off. The property manager has even gone as far to claim personal attacks when trying to simply get an answer to issues around the property. I HIGHLY recommend going some where else. You will pay way too much here for the quality of service you'll receive. read more
