We were raveling through the area and I was still having problems with a painful, stuffed up,…read moreitchy, scratchy, ear. I had seen a quack doctor at an urgent care in Yakima, Washington that did absolutely nothing for me. After a four hour wait, she Supposedly cleaned my ear and wrote a " prescription" for Afrin and Sudafed in a trifold paper towel! Any way, a couple weeks later and I'm no better so we saw this place when passing by and stopped in. After filling out some paper work I was immediately called to the back, had vitals and med history checked and then the doctor came in, (Dr Candler?). He took one look in my ear and said he sees the problem - the ear is packed with wax! I told him about my previous visit in Yakima and he said, "Well, she didn't get it. There is no way your ear gets in that shape in two weeks." He flushed my ear and explained why it was itching and that it would get better in a couple days. He was right. 3 days later and it is much better. And to top it off, the office called this morning to check up and see how I was doing! If you need urgent care in this area, stop in.
