In 1993, I married my best friend Leslie and together we have 8 children (4 boys and 4 girls) and 11 grandchildren. My oldest daughter Chelsea passed away while I was attending Case Western Reserve dental school in Cleveland, Ohio. Leslie's youngest son, Alex is autistic and handicapped, so we have been full circle with life's challenges. In 1987 I graduated from the University of Tennessee dental school and I have been providing dentistry to the great people of Idaho and Nevada since graduation. I am a recipient of the Dent-Supply International Merit award for my work in removable prosthetic dentistry and I am an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Idaho State Dental Association (ISDA), and the South Central Idaho Dental Society (SCIDS). I have been very disappointed with this dentist office. Three times I've been here. Twice when it…read morewas time for me to leave, after having two teeth removed each time, the dentist didn't even give me a prescription for pain medication. One time when I about to leave and I requested to keep my crown that had just been removed. The dentist told me I was not allowed to keep my own crown and that it was against the law. He became very standoffish and so I dropped it and left. Upon getting home and doing my own research. I found out that he was Incorrect, I can keep my own teeth, molars, crowns, etc. It is illegal for him or his staff to take it home. So now I will never have the matching crown from the side I already have, and was allowed to keep by another dentist. Oh, and the only reason I kept going back is because I couldn't find any availability anywhere nearby, any time soon. The women at the front desk have always been very helpful and kind. Were it not for them, I would have given this dentist office 1 star.
