No one greeted me when I came in. A barista looked at me and walked away. After a few minutes, someone said, "We'll be with you in a minute." I smiled and said okay, but I left feeling unwelcome, as though I didn't belong there. As a Native American and German customer, I found myself wondering whether the color of my skin had affected how I was treated. I can't know the reason, but it was painful to feel that way. I've worked in customer service, and I know people have busy mornings. I also know how much a simple hello can mean. I usually take time to praise good service, so it makes me sad to write this. I hope this location takes the feedback seriously and makes every customer feel welcome.

The setup was aesthetically inviting, and the menu featured creative and fun drink names that added personality to the experience. One thing that genuinely stood out to me was the quality of the dog treats they offered. I appreciated being able to give my pet ingredients that felt thoughtfully made and of good quality--it brought me a lot of joy to see that level of care included. We also tried the boba and bubble tea drinks. The beverages themselves were good and fairly standard overall, and the smaller cup sizes were especially cute in presentation. Personally, I would love to see a more intense or robust matcha flavor option in the future, as that would elevate the drinks even more for me. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again.
