AVOID THIS AUTO SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more The mechanics at this shop are simply uneducated and unprofessional at what they do. I had trouble filling my car with gas. Every time I go to a gas station and start pumping gas into my car, the pump randomly stops but my gas isn't even close to full. So I had to continuously press and press the gas pump until my car was full of gas. So I took it to Reds to see what was wrong with it. The guy there said the Evaporation Canister and Vent Valve needed to be replaced. So I gave them permission to replace them. When they got it fixed I took it back to my local gas station and my car still had problems filling up with gas! I called Reds to set up an appointment to get it looked at again. So I had to drive all the way to their auto shop in Lockwood and drop off my car again. (I live in Billings by the way) The next day they called and said that they needed to install a vent hose in my car. I gave them permission to do so. After they installed it, they took my car to a nearby gas station at their auto shop and filled it with gas to see if it had any problems. Luckily it didn't. When I got to their auto shop to pay, they told me that they had to spend $10 to fill my car with gas to see if it was fixed. They said that I didn't have to pay for that. However, after I paid for the work to be done, I saw on the receipt that I was charged $10 for the gas that they put in. I then asked one of the mechanics if replacing the Evaporation Canister and Vent Valve was necessary to resolve the issue of filling my car with gas. He said that he wasn't sure and there was a chance that I didn't need to pay the amount of money that I did to get it fixed (which was $800). There was another problem that I had with this auto shop. I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I took it to Reds because they already knew about it when I bought my vehicle. They told me to bring it back to them if I noticed the leaking had gotten worse, which it did. I called and told them that I needed this leak fixed. They fixed it, but they replaced my breaks too, which I gave them NO permission to do so. I noticed this after I paid and received my receipt. They charged me an extra $368 for something I did not ask for. When I called Justin at the auto shop for an explanation and a refund, he said that I gave them permission to do my breaks, but I never did. I also called Eric, the owner of the shop, to explain what had happened. He never believed me and both he and Justin were unprofessional and rude in their responses. I would've never thought I would run into as much of an unprofessional owner and worker as Eric and Justin were. After all of this, I never got my money back. The employees at this auto shop are greedy and only care about your money. They don't care about you as a customer. This is the worst business I have ever been to and I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle ever again. Take your vehicle to another auto shop other than this one that will actually value you as a customer, won't rob you of your money, and will know how to operate a vehicle correctly.

Well every time I have her take it to Reds they get it done and for a fair and reasonable price. The work that they do is awesome and they always let you know what they are doing and get your input The only place I would have work on her vehicle

I would give less stars if I could. I stopped for gas on a Sunday morning on 6/23/19, and I…read morereceived the worst customer service I can recall. I attempted to use my Exxon CC at the pump. It said to see attendant. I did. Very loudly, and In front of other customers, the female attendant with blond hair told me to leave my CC with her, pump my gas, and come back in to pay. I felt like a criminal as other customers stared at me. Regardless, I did as instructed. When I returned to sign a receipt and collect my card, I asked why I had to pay inside. Again, very loudly, attendant informed me that the pump did the same thing to other customers -- I would consider that to be a malfunction. So I said, "Let me give you a tip, next time, let the customer know the pump is not working properly." She immediately shot back, "The pump is working, HONEY!" I said it obviously wasn't and walked off to use the restroom. I then grabbed three bottles of water and headed back to register to pay -- just in time to hear the attendant bad mouthing me to a second attendant. As the second attendant was ringing my purchase, I said loudly enough for blondie to hear, "If she wanted to talk sh!t about me, she should have waited until I was gone." Second attendant told me that all I could do was G & B it!! What in the world EVER happened to proving good service and treating a customer with respect? First off, I firmly believe I was treated poorly! Not only did blondie embarrass me in front of other customers, but she also freaked me the heck out!! As an individual who has had her credit card numbers stolen, I seriously experienced a moment of panic when she demanded my card! If she had told me about the issue with the gas pump in the first place, she would have spared me A LOT of embarrassment AND angst! Next, even if she didn't like my comment, she could have spared us both the drama if she had simply apologized and agreed. For Pete's sake, customers pay her wages! Last, the second attendant missed an opportunity to leave me, the customer, with a good impression of the business by saying something like, "I'm sorry for your experience here today" -- or something similar. Instead, she basically told me to suck it up! I did respond by saying I could do something - like speak with the employee's boss; which I will do! I have supported this business for many years but will now drive out of my way NOT to give them my business in the future!!
