They will STEAL YOUR MONEY if you let them…read more Buyer beware I was told they were in my network.I'm sure I will be billed $70.00 for what they called diagnostic services. That's on top of the first office visit. Mind you this is my first visit, and last. lets just say if this was the only dentist in town... I would buy some string and tie it to a door and slam it closed. Not good, all i'm saying. Go somewhere else. Called for a simple cleaning and you cant even get that done on the same day you need two appointments so they can kick the bill up. one for the first x-rays to set up another appointment to actually do the cleaning month later. wow, such a scamming trash hole place. Unbelievable really. the x-ray tech and the assistant were nice. I do feel bad for them as they told me everything look good in the x-ray. To then have someone come behind them and say it didn't look good. mind you I just moved to the area and up till now have had a regular dentist, that I saw twice a year for cleanings and x-rays. The 60 mile drive back to my regular Dentist doesn't sound that bad anymore. Painless dentistry of Adrian,Mi. You fail all the way around definitely not pain-free as your hygienist actually felt like she was shoving a needle in to my gums so hard I could taste blood.Terrible not to say she seemed pretty upset prior to even coming in the room. Once inside she got even worse.raising her voice at the other techs. Seemed like she doesn't really like her job. Lori was her name only reason I know this is it was wrote on the original notes from my call to set an appointment. (Have Lori do the check customer says he needs a deep cleaning) which was not true either I told them I'm new to the area and needed my teeth cleaned, that's all. I'm so upset at them I wish I could say how I really feel.

The staff is excellent and so is the work the do. You couldn't ask for better treatment…read more My problem lies with the fact that they have $2275 that they were overpaid for my dental work and I can't get it back!! They were paid $3,000 when the work was completed which left a balance of $500 that they agreed would be paid by my dental insurance company. A check for $2,775 was received by them on July 17th. I stopped in to the office the first week of August to inquire about my account balance. Raquel asked me how I'd like to deal with the credit on my account and I told her, "by check", which drew a shocked look from her. She said she would have to get the doctor's approval to cut a check that large. Since that time, I've called weekly, sometimes more, and am still getting the run around. For some reason, I'm unable to get my money back.

I have held off on posting this review for several weeks in hopes that there would be some form of…read morefollow-up or accountability from the office. Unfortunately, that has not happened, so I feel it is now necessary to share my experience. For context, I have severe dental anxiety due to a strong gag reflex and complex dental needs. I chose Wolf Creek Dental because I was previously a patient in 2018 and had a great experience with Dr. Lark. After returning to the area, it took me two years to build up the courage to schedule another appointment. When I finally did, I was not informed that I would be seeing a new provider. I explained my history, including my anxiety and typical need for nitrous oxide. Despite this, I felt the bedside manner was lacking. They tightened my implant, took X-rays, and scheduled me for a return visit to complete a filling. On November 20, I arrived for that filling. I again explained my anxiety, my gag reflex, and my need for nitrous oxide. My concerns were not acknowledged. After numbing me, the assistant rinsed my mouth--hitting the back of my throat and triggering my gag reflex. I immediately sat up gagging, and they used suction, but my throat began burning and I had a horrible chemical taste. At that moment, I realized they had rinsed my mouth with bleach. I threw up all over the paper bib, which instantly stained, and it got on my clothes, ruining my sweatshirt. I was sobbing, shaking, and grabbed my water bottle before going to the restroom, where I continued throwing up. When I came out, I told them I needed to leave and go to the hospital. They sat me in a chair at the front desk--not a private area. The receptionist appeared confused until I told her they had rinsed my mouth with bleach. Only then did she realize that poison control needed to be contacted--more than five minutes after the incident occurred. Meanwhile, the doctor attempted to explain away why bleach would be in the line. 911 was never called. I was told to continue drinking water and then sent home. The doctor called later that day, but due to panic attacks, I was unable to answer. There has been no follow-up since. As a result of this incident, I sustained burns requiring steroid treatment. I have since struggled with depression and significant anxiety, including nightmares where I wake up feeling like my throat is burning again. I now take medication for these symptoms. Needless to say, if you are looking for a compassionate provider who listens to patients, prioritizes safety, and responds appropriately to emergencies, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The dental assistant got my set up a referral for a wisdom teeth removal, but I needed someone that took my insurance. I called and called Wolf Creek over a couple month stretch asking for a different referral to another oral surgeon. I even gave them a long list of offices I could go to. I was told by the office ladies that I'd be called back or that I would need to set up an appointment with another office first and the story always changed depending on who I talked to. Not to mention I never received one returned call and it seemed like my needs were going no where. I had to go to a different dentist soon so my X-rays wouldn't expire, just for a referral and I got right in. Wolf creek could have done a better job with staying in contact with me and getting back with me over something I really needed.
