I stated I understood that but wanted to know if they had customer service jobs before I update my info. She said " We don't have anything for you! If you can't update your resume we don't have anything for you!" So once more I try to reassure her that I will update my info. But why would I do so without knowing if they can even place me! We went back & forth for five minutes before I said skip it and just left.
