I stated that I can update that but before I did, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't wasting their time or mine if they didn't have any customer service positions. I stated I understood that but wanted to know if they had customer service jobs before I update my info. She said " We don't have anything for you! If you can't update your resume we don't have anything for you!" So once more I try to reassure her that I will update my info. But why would I do so without knowing if they can even place me! We went back & forth for five minutes before I said skip it and just left. I have a company of my own and when I get to a point where I am in need of more employees they are not the company I will ever go too. I don't suggest anyone else do so either!
