Image scans were supposed to be electronically sent to Cedar Sinai. They never received them.

Jennifer (CT) performed my CT with contrast. She was able to place my catheter pain free. She was training someone and seemed very patient with the trainee. Very nice and would definitely like for her to be my tech next time read more

I would give 5 stars except for a couple of things. I wish I could schedule appointments online. It would just be easier. The second thing is that it took a long time before I could get an appointment this time. I was told that it was because one of the MRI machines broke down. Of course, that's nobody's fault, but it was disappointing. But once I got in for my appointment, I would give 5 stars. Will never forget my experience at Tower imaging Valencia, I want to thank Stacy for going above and beyond to make sure that I get the appointment moved up because I was in so much pain, and I was taking care of within a few days instead of waiting for 10 days, and the day of the CT scan, the technicians were amazing very considerate and accommodating. They communicated every single move. They were making in a suite and a pleasant manner, assuring you and calming your fear. I had no problems whatsoever. Dr Rhee did not see that my daughter had an ACL tear in his radiology report. It wasn't until almost a month later that we went into the orthopedic surgeon to see why she was in so much pain that he let us know that radiologist Dr Rhee missed her ruptured ACL from the MRI. There are clear findings from her MRI that her ACL is torn. Her pediatrician and now this orthopedic surgeon advised to make a complaint against him as they are not sure how he missed this...Leaving my daughter in excruciating pain for an additional three weeks and now needing surgery not only for her ACL, but also her torn meniscus. I am writing this review in hopes that Dr. Rhee looks more closely from now on to not let another child suffer from findings he clearly missed. read more

Service was great BUT my doctor did not receive the images immediately as we were told. That's a really bad thing because my doctor could not make a decisions that needed to be made. I was guaranteed that he would have the scans right away but that the report would come later. Very disappointing. read more

I did a walk in at around 8:30 AM. I was out of there by 9:05 AM. The service was great. The technician was patient and professional.

Summer is a fantastic rad tech and so personable. Makes you feel very comfortable and communicates what will happen and what to expect. She took great care of me, checked in to be sure I was comfortable, and just did an overall job. I recommend Tower for your imaging needs. read more

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer & my head was spinning with all of the appointments I now had! But this team at Tower Imaging has it all together. There was hardly any wait time, the individuals doing the tests were friendly, caring & you could tell they were knowledgeable in their jobs. Frank, doing the PET scan, was especially nice & helpful.
