The care and precision put into each beautifully plated dish at Towarowa, an elegant cafe attached to an office building, was simply unbelievable. Each item we had was made to order and presented like a work of art! The Duck Croque was built on a thick slice of toasted artisanal bread topped with juicy shredded duck, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, and two perfectly poached eggs, all decorated with sesame seeds, scallions, and fried onions on top. The Hummus Bowl came with a garlicky chickpea purée topped with colorful grilled cherry tomatoes and red bell peppers, along with meaty oyster mushrooms, peanuts, sunflower/pumpkin/sesame seeds, and scallions, served with two triangles of crunchy toasted artisan bread.
