Sherri sent me pictures of the bathrooms, asked me to send her pictures of my shower chair at home. She went out and got me the exact same shower chair as I use at home. There were bad storms in Dallas so my flight was delayed by 5 hours. I kept Sherri informed of the delays via text and I finally arrived at the Bed and Breakfast a little after 1am!!! Sherri never made a fuzz and both she and her husband Keith were up to welcome me in their home and helped me with my luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. For the next 3 mornings, I was treated to a gourmet breakfast with homemade jams, perfectly cooked eggs, home-made biscuits, sausage, potatoes, fruit and yogurt parfaits. One morning Sherri even made a "Dutch Baby" (or German pancake) with home-made lemon curd and fresh blueberries. When I got back in the evening, we chatted and watched the fireworks from the nearby baseball field as we sat on their beautiful porch. When you visit them, don't miss the grand tour of the house with all its rich history and make sure you enjoy their beautiful gardens. Sherri & Keith are the perfect hosts and they made me feel right at home - I know where I will stay next time I visit Wichita!!!

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! We were sent to Phoenix, Az on one of his worst buses. To start it…read morewasn't really clean, none of the amenities promised per the agreement were available. The fan kept going out anytime we'd go up. AC was barely working. The bus stopped on us in the middle of the high during a high traffic in Albuquerque. Which was a real safety risk. The drivers had to keep pulling over and resetting some switch and the sensor. A supposed to be 18hour trip turned to 24 hrs almost. He owner claimed to have the vehicle looked at in Phoenix, however we faced the same issues headed home. Making this trip very miserable and uncomfortable. The owner took no accountability for the issues and tried to gaslight. The driver especially Jeff Jr were exceptional, and tried what they could to get us there and home. Oh and let's not forget the owner claimed he had a mechanic a hour away from Albuquerque and told us to keep going so we could meet them just to turn around and tell us the bus was German and they don't shave anyone to work on it. Horrible experience.

We have used big sky rentals for several years, and never really had an issue. On Saturday (the…read moreday of the party) they were supposed to set up at noon. We received a call at 1230 telling us there was no slide available, when we had this scheduled and confirmed a month ago. Then we spoke with the owner that said we would have the slide today. They did not come out until after three, when the party started at 2 and ended at 4. We were scheduled to have the slide until 8pm, but they said we could have it all night, even though we would not use it. Then we were charged FULL price and the owner will not return our calls. I will not use them again and do not suggest anyone use them either!

The second time, the most recent, they were 1 hour late... apparently they had a mix up on the schedule which they didn't realize until I called after 20 minutes had gone by. After eating I got to see a plan drive up the street and park across from the hotel where they were coming to eat. I did learn the hotel is apparently haunted after I booked it. We did not have any experiences even in "the most haunted room". Which was good because we were on a drive and needed the rest. Additionally, the hotel is CLEAN! Which is always a concern of mine but not here. No bad smells. No humid or musty rooms. I have allergies and asthma and slept better than I normally do.

Ya land on the grass strip East of town, taxi up onto the old state road and right into town past houses and buildings - and nobody even looks up because it's such a common occurrence. If you're a history or railroad buff don't miss this stop on the highway. There's a ton of railroad history in this little burg - and it's got one of the last surviving wooden water towers from the steam engine railroad days. The tower is in gorgeous condition and surrounded by a water pump, a BNSF caboose and a reconstructed Depot and (it's a fly-in destination too, remember) a static display old Beech 18. You can stay in the hotel or there's also an RV Park right outside the hotel. Food was great and the service prompt and friendly. What more can ya ask, right?
