Not because someone didn't want to do the work or help. I believe they were either overworked, undertrained, without resources or struggling with very unusual situations. If there's no roadmap it's tough for managers and boards to get things done. Whatever the cause, this is a business relationship and we needed appropriate help for the community. Akeisha and Alex stepped in and are amazing. We appreciate the steps being made to 1) deal with immediate issues including a major water line break over the Thanksgiving holiday 2) find answers to 2025 questions and 3) help the board and owners take care of the community. I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

They sent my return checks not once, but twice, to the wrong address and delayed the return of my payments as much as they possibly could. The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Horrible tenant experience -- no class, no fairness, no honesty, and absolutely no ethics. Avoid at all costs.

They attacked me and my dog! The dogs were off leash without anyone near them. They ran straight from their condo to me and my dog! My dog immediately defended me and did all he could to not die! Meanwhile I'm kicking both dogs with everything I have. Once one of the pitbulls locked on to my dog's neck I had no choice but to put him in a chokehold while still kicking the other dog. The rental company is Remax Advantage. I will name the agent if he doesn't make this right in 48 hours. I am going above him and will be looking to get him removed from managing this property asap! I have filed with animal control as well as the property management of this complex. The Remax agent lied to me and said he evicted the tenant last month. Well this morning I was attacked again! This time it was 3 of the 4 people living there. Remax is a disgrace of a company and i would never recommend using them for any of your real estate needs!!!

Before they were hired, they specifically promised to let the Board see and approve violation letters before they went out ... but they proceeded to disregard that and sent out 81 such letters (out of only 108 homes!) without even letting us know they were doing it, let alone see and approve them ... and for reasons that were not even an actual violation! The response of the boss at the last meeting? "Oops." I won't deal with people like this, which is why I chose not to run for the Board again. NOTE: Almost all the excellent reviews here mention "Michelle Howard" by name. Michelle Howard must have been a really good manager, but SHE DOESN'T WORK FOR THEM ANYMORE.

All our properties are in Las Vegas and we live in California so we needed a trusted and reputable management. Our realtor agent recommended to try their own property management company, so what we did is split our properties with Tradewinds and the other management company which I will not mention. Well long story short, within three months, we transferred the three properties back to Tradewinds. The staff are always courteous and very responsive. Recently, I voiced my dissatisfaction with our property manager and I immediately received an email from the VP, Jordan Mynarcik to address my concerns and a follow up email stating the actions taken to correct and address my concerns. Our replacement Property Manager has been great, his name is Ray. He is very responsive and communicates timely via email or text promptly. I also want to praise the Maintenance Manager, Fawn, Fawn has been dealing with me since day one and she knows her stuff at Tradewinds. They have both have been integral in overseeing or properties and tenants. I highly recommend giving Tradewind Property Management a try first because you will not want to switch when you do.
