He is very friendly with an easy manner. He has a way of taking tense and intimidating situations and deflating them, making those situations much more comfortable and easier to handle. He is great at helping you stay centered when everything around you seems to have gone haywire. For us, he was a steadying presence in the most chaotic and disruptive situation of our lives. My case was a very contentious and difficult one. Brian worked long and hard for me and always got back to me when I had concerns or questions. My wife and I were in a place where every new development felt like an emergency, so there were a lot of times when we would get a little more worked up than was appropriate, but Brian was very patient with us and helped move us from a panicked state to a much calmer place. One of Brian's strengths is his ability to make legal processes and documents understandable for the layman. Considering my financial limitations, I did not think it would be possible to find anyone as capable and engaged as Brian was. He did what most lawyers would not. He put helping a client in need over immediate financial concerns. With all that said, I personally feel like Brian is genuinely a good person.
