Often, you'll get a pat of butter to eat with your crust, a common way of finishing your pizza in central Quebec. Otherwise, choose one of the four "trempettes", sauces, for 99 cents. I like the "sauce sud-ouest" which has a mild chipotle flavour, to go with my vegetarian pizza.
