This isn't my first rodeo - I'm a regular when it comes to pedicures. In my experience with jumping around to different salons, this is the first time I've become a regular anywhere. I LOVE this place. It's clean, bright, inviting, clean and the staff is friendly and patient. On my last visit I was seated next to an elderly lady who keeps a regular appointment with one of the male technicians. He was doting, gentle and very warm towards her. You could tell they had a great relationship and it was very sweet. In an industry where you can be just a number or another faceless person walking through a revolving door it's wonderful to see a staff that makes an effort to remember your name and your preferences. I have no complaints about any of the many technicians I've worked with here, but my absolute favorite is Jessica. She is so sweet and always has a smile for her clients. Although they do take walk-ins, they prefer you make an appointment if you are able. This way they can make sure they have enough staff on hand to make wait times short and experiences more relaxed and not rushed. This being said, I walked in this morning (nap time for my 8 month old is unpredictable) and Jessica fit me in and made me feel welcome and pampered. She's efficient at what she does, but did not make me feel like she was rushing. She always does such a fantastic job! She even let me wait in the massage chair while my polish was drying. Hey, I'm not going to turn down a nice back rub while I wait! (The chairs are great too!) I can't say enough good things about this salon and I always look forward to my time here! I was in town for a wedding and in desperate need of a manicure! This salon is particularly conveniently located if you're staying at one of the many nearby hotels (which I was). The salon is clearly brand new - the decor is beautiful and very clean. Although they were packed full on Friday afternoon when I first stopped in, they were very friendly and quickly booked me an appointment for the next morning shortly after opening. On the other hand, maybe because they are so new, their polish selection was a bit wanting. The gel selection looked pretty comprehensive, but the regular polish selection was not as large as I hoped - though they had a good range of colors, so while you may not find the exact color you want, you'll probably find something you'll like. Unfortunately, my nail tech was... ok. She asked me what shape I wanted (square), but seemed to forget halfway through my left hand, when she shaped two of my nails into decidedly round shapes. Rather than try to fix those two nails, she went back and rounded out all of my nails without saying a thing. I also had to point out multiple pieces of lint which got into my wet polish, and when she cleaned up the polish that had gotten on my skin, she accidentally took a bit of the polish off my nail with it. One note - they accept credit cards but appear to only accept cash tips (at least, my nail tech said I couldn't tip on my card). 2 stars for my nail tech (whose name I can't remember - an older woman), 4 stars for the salon itself, so 3 stars for the overall experience. This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. They didnt speak much english which made it hard to communicate my needs. They forgot about my mani. They tried to make me sit at a different table other than next to the friend i came with. the pedicure included almost no massaging which i what you pay for vs a simple polish change. they overcharged my friend and also accidently ran her card for $160! Worst service ever. Pedicure with nearly no massage, just ran her nails down my legs and across the bottom of my feet. Was very painful. Ignored my friend who needed a polish change. Seemed put out that we were even there and it was not near closing time. Charged me $93 for a mani/pedi which is insane...then ran my card for $168. The numbers aren't even similar. Seems like a scam. Nails look terrible today...gel is all stuck to my cuticles. Will not go back. read more

This salon is truly an oasis. Brand new and very clean inside, decorated simply & beautifully. The nail techs have all been wonderful. I request Jessica every time I go in because she does such an amazing job on my nails and she always remembers her clients. Which is always appreciated since she sees so many. The absolute worst service I've ever had because I never got service for the second time I'm completely over even trying to go it's close to my work and convenient to run in and try and get my eyebrows down but the staff doesn't even acknowledge you if I could give 0 stars I would read more

Horrible service! Tried several times to get my nails done and told each time that they didn't have appointments available. This was prime time during the day. The place was basically empty and although I hate pulling the race card, I really believe the denial of service was racially motivated. Truly unfortunate in 2018. read more

I was surprised to see all these negative reviews. I've been here 4 times now and it's the best pedicure every time. I would go more, but it's a far drive for me. Highly recommend! I just don't like that you can't tip on a card so you have to pay the ATM fee if you don't have cash. read more

If i could give a zero I would.I went there yesterday for a mani/pedi and my nail tech was texting the entire time she was with me, at one point I had to ask her to put the phone down because she was using nail/cuticle clippers while reading a text. My nails were extremely poorly done. read more

One star for the service, one star for the facilities. $50 for a gel manicure, and eyebrow waxing? I have paid less for those services at higher end salons. The gel manicure it's self is sloppy, with clear coating around the edges and on my cuticles. Save your money, go somewhere else. read more
