I can't say enough about Mellanie and what she has done for me. I was given her name by a good…read morefriend, hoping she could help with me with my lymph system and the inflamation I was living with. Truthfully, I have been astonished how my life has improved since day one. I have set a personal record of self care by going to her for 5 months now...she's that amazing and the experience each time is completely worth it! Chronic areas of pain and inflamation from an injury are literally gone. Stress levels have greatly decreased and my overall health and well being is consistently improving! Not to mention, she also helped a family member see noticeable changes in exema issues, in just one visit. Quite remarkable! She is extremely knowledgable in her field and has taught me how to apply the same techniques at home. She also offers me tools to educate myself in all different areas of my health(she has 30 years of nursing under her belt, by the way). Mellanie is consistently kind, encouraging and calming. She treats me as an important individual with unique, individual needs, adressing any new problems or symtoms every session. Truly, she is a blessing, a rare gem, and every visit is a relaxing treat! Please know, every person, no matter health or age, major or minor issues, will really benefit from Mellanie's therapy. Again, can't say enough. Do yourself a really, big favor and go see her-I'm SO thankful I did!

Regardless of…read morewhat you're into or what you believe these ladies provide a place that is safe, welcoming, and overall something everyone should experience. I booked a reset session with Megan and Heather not really knowing what to expect, or what I wanted/needed, but just knowing that I needed something else to help me through a tough time. Man, did these ladies deliver! It was like having an in-depth and personal conversation with my best friends that I've had for years! We talked, laughed, and cried together without feeling any judgment or criticism. The card readings I had were spot on and really helped me to focus on where I was on a much larger spectrum of my life. We shared personal stories and advice, and it just all felt 'right'. The massage from Heather was amazing accompanied by the guided meditation from Megan. It was exactly what I needed to feel refreshed and ready to tackle life's challenges. I'm excited that I found these ladies and that I found Your Spirit Sparkle! I look forward to future sessions of guided meditation and Sacred Sundays. If there is even an ounce of interest or curiosity, just walk in the doors-you will feel their compassion and energy the second you enter!

The massage itself was really good, and I felt like it was an authentic reflexology massage. The…read moretherapist did a great job, and I enjoyed the actual service. My issue was more with the pricing and lack of clarity beforehand. There wasn't any package or pricing information available when I came in, and we didn't discuss the price before starting, which I'll take some responsibility for because I should have asked. When it was time to pay, I was surprised that it was $50 for a 30-minute foot massage with no foot soak or anything additional. The digital menu showed $50 for a 30-minute full-body massage. When I mentioned that I only received a foot massage, I was told the price was the same for feet or full body, but that wasn't clear from the menu. I get reflexology massages pretty regularly, and in my experience, $50 for 30 minutes of foot reflexology without a foot soak is on the pricey side. Overall, the massage itself was very good, but I wasn't crazy about the pricing or the lack of transparency around it. I would definitely recommend confirming the price and service beforehand.

Which ever. They are not in it to turn and burn and do other things besides adjusting as Chiropractic Doctors actually do. First impressions they are the 9/10 that do it for the money and don't consider you if you don't fit their mold. I'd give them less than one if it were possible... They changed their name and doctors name and if it smells fishy you can bet it is fishy. Do not recommend at all ever
